This one was the best in the series. Loved it so much! It was hooooot, funny, a little bit of drama and action because of the mafia setup and the fact that their relationship was forbidden because she's Irish and he is in the Italian Mafia family. I really, really like it!!

They were adorable, and their relationship was 🔥 from the first pages of the book. It's the spiciest one until now in the series.

He became completely obsessed since the first moment. He was protective and so in love. Adorable 🥹🥰.

Can't wait for Carlo's book!!

Favorite quotes:

"Tonight taught me something important. There’s no such thing as rock bottom. There’s no such thing as a hell underneath it. Because there’s always a way to get even lower." 💔

"I don’t want to wake up thinking about her and I don’t want to go to sleep with her on my mind. But she’s always there." 🥹🥰

"I’d do anything for her. I always thought there were lines I wouldn’t cross, but Molly altered everything. I’d go anywhere, fight anyone, murder whoever needs murdering, all for her." 🖤🩶🤍

"But unfortunately, Saul is already dead. I find my deceased husband in his office looking out the window. He starts when I step into the room. For a corpse, he looks amazing, and I’m always struck by how much I still want him. Except he’s dead, and I don’t bang zombies."

My heart goes out to Molly. She was desperate to take care of her brother and grandmother so she did what she had to do. I loved the chemistry between her and Saul. I loved that she made him work for her affection and love, that she didn't fall over himself because he's a big bad mafia man. I do wish we got to see a little more of how they came together/dealt with her pregnancy (maybe even Saul freaking out during her delivery LOL). I wanted more action packed drama involving the main couple. An attack or kidnapping of Molly to get Saul really going. It broke my heart when Renzo said Saul was dead to him. Kudos to Saul for staying away and expressing his hurt to his brothers. He definitely forgave Renzo too quickly in my opinion. Saul not being too keen in leaving the baby to go out with Molly was so cute! As usual, Brando stole the show!

I love this author’s writing so it’s no surprise that she had me hooked from page one. The most memorable thing about this is how funny it was. I think I smiled 80% of the book. And in the words of Buddy the self, smiling is my favorite.

Molly is a twenty-four year old poor and struggling Irish girl from the wrong side of town who has the world on her shoulders. She as nothing but debts to her name; a Nana on disability, and a sick little brother Jason who's both her responsibility. She waitress all over town, diners, strip clubs, fancy bar but yet it was never enough to make ends meet. Molly is the sole provider and breadwinner of the house and is barely making enough money to keep everything together. She's desperately in need of money after being faced with the possibility of eviction and can not afford the price of her brother's medicine because they doesn't have any insurance. She's at the end of her ropes with the bills and has decided to do something drastic. She decided to get dressed up in a really tight dress with her cleavage showing and go to a seedy bar in a bad neighborhood that belongs to the Irish, The Sterling Duck. Her plan is rob the first guy who tries to take her home. She knows that the guys who typically frequent that bar is not rich, but they're no saints either. She expected the guys who worked on the docks but doesn't have an actual job.
She doesn't plan on having sex with him. She's only going to rifle through his pockets, wallet, underwear drawer, under his mattress and behind the dresser. Her plan is to take everything: cash, jewelry, wallets, cellphone, and anything of value that he has that she can sell to get them by for awhile. As Molly sits there at the bar drinking a glass of wine she's having an internal monolog with herself about robbing the guy who approach her. She has never done anything like this before and has she sits there her stomach is on the verge of emptying and bile fills her throat. She can not afford to go home empty handed. As she sits there pondering she thought of starting an Only Fans but she didn't believe anyone would want to pay money to look at her boobs. She even though about selling her virginity but didn't want to resort to that because she's not a hooker. Being a lowlife piece a shit runs in Molly's family. She's in a area that is heavily controlled by the Irish but she's not apart of the life but she has cousins who are. Molly was beginning to think that she would never be able to follow through with her plans after being there for hours three drinks in and no one approached her. She was just getting ready to call it a night when two big and bulky guys walked in dressed in shirt, jacket and no tie with watches glittering on their wrist. They both scream money, danger and power. From the moment Saul lay eyes on her he was instantly attracted to her. He mistook her for a hooker because of the way she was dressed. After she set him straight the two banter back and forth then he invited her back to his house.
Saul Rossi Don Rossi second in command. He's dangerous, cold-blooded, ruthless, loyal and calculated. He always does whatever the Don demanded for the good of the family. He was scheduled to marry Allegra Rinaldo of the Rinaldo mafia crime family to strengthen alliance between both families. But his brother Cian stole his fiancée one month before their upcoming nuptials and took off to LasVegas and got married. Although Saul was not in love with her he had planned on going through with the marriage and producing heirs with her. Saul had never been attracted to anyone as he did to Molly and as soon as he got to his house he pounced on her. The Ross had been at war with the Russians and the Irish for many months with many lives loss on both sides. It had took them a while to finally capture a territory from the Irish. They taught that they had some decent properties but it was all junk.
Saul and Dante decided to go and check out the dive bar in the newly acquired territory from the Irish. But it was disgusting, it smells like piss and smoke he plans on burning everything when he leaves. The only thing that looked good in the bar is beautiful redhead name Molly who he taught was a hooker. He believes that she would be a good distraction for him for the night after all that he has been through with all the killing he needs it. Molly didn't plan on sleeping with Saul but that kiss was doing something to her lady parts that demand attention. She tells him that they can of sex but she had some rules and one was she couldn't spend the night because she had to be at work early in the morning. The two had many hours of mind-blowing sex which was the best for both parties and Molly ended up leaving at four. Because of the sex and their connection she didn't want to steal is Rolex but she knew that it would set them up for a couple of months.
Saul was hooked on Molly after one night. He kept on going back to The Sterling Duck hoping that she would come by and was drawing attention to himself. After two months of looking for Molly she finally came back to the bar. Saul was happy and hoping that they could have a repeat of their one night stand. But Molly had some news to share with him. She tells him that she was pregnant with his child from their encounter. She didn't want anything from him she only thought that he should know. When Saul tells Molly that she's his and that he was going to take care of her. He scared her and she didn't want anything from him. She dashed outside to get away but Saul followed her and saw where she lived in a rundown apartment in a bad area. When Saul finds out all the responsibilities that is on Molly's shoulder plus the pregnancy, he tells Molly that he would take care of her and her family. Molly has brought Saul to his knees and he has fallen hard. But Molly is someone he's not supposed to be with because of her heritage. Saul had to lie to his family in order to keep Molly and his future heir.
Saul has to keep Molly a secret from his family because the Rossi and the Irish is at war. He hates lying to his family but will sacrifice anything to be with Molly. He marries Molly but keeps her as his little dirty secret from his family. And when the truth comes out Don Rossi see it as a betrayal even though Molly is not apart of the mafia. Renzo stopped talking to Saul and even took the underboss position from him. It took a while before he forgave him and once he saw that Molly wasn't a threat and got to know her everything was okay. Dante sacrifice his life to save Renzo who was kill by Jasha Aslanov of the Russian Bratva. A swoon-worthy story of sacrifice, loyalty, love, pain, secrets, lies, forgiveness and love.

I liked Molly. She was 24 & had so much on her plate w/her Nana & her sick brother. One thing I especially liked was that Molly immediately told Saul she was pregnant & didn’t try to hide it. And I admired & loved how Saul immediately wanted to support her & her family, & even marry her. But it pissed me off that while she was trying to hold everything together w/her family & struggling, he was wanting to her & the baby a secret because of what his family would think. I wanted to scream at her to know her self worth. He claimed her as his, yet wants to keep her a secret. So I was disappointed when Molly agreed to marry him & be his “dirty little secret”. I found it disrespectful to not only Molly but the baby too. I really felt bad for Molly when she never even got a wedding, or to exchange vows w/him.
But as much as my irritation & frustration was through the roof, I enjoyed this book a lot! There was a good amount of action, angst, drama & the chemistry between Saul & Molly was HOT! They were incredibly sexy together. And I love the bond these brothers have. I wanted to punch Renzo, but I respected so much how Carlo & Gian stood up for Saul. And in the end, there was an unexpected tragedy, but everything worked out. I can’t wait for Carlo’s story, & I have a suspicion on who he might be tied to!!!

An amazingly written mafia romance which is a page turner that also has wonderful characters amongst its pages. A book with action as well as a steamy romance with a happy ever after ending.
A steamy romantic book about a young waitress finding the man who is a mafia underboss that she can’t do without even though the two had a long road to go to finally be together completely.
The two meet at a bar where the young waitress is trying to find a man to steal things to sell to come up with her rent. The young waitress lives with her grandmother and her young brother. The young waitress goes with the mafia underboss to his home where they have sex several times, the first time he didn’t pot a condom on until after the first stroke. When he finally falls asleep the woman gets dressed and takes off with his expensive watch.
After the two find each other again she informs him about being pregnant with his baby, the mafia underboss informs her about wanting to marry her even though they don’t know one another but she refuses and runs out so he follows her to an apartment building that she goes into. It doesn’t take very long before the mafia underboss meets her family and makes an agreement with her to get married. He gets the grandmother to pack her things up and take them to his place.
Throughout this time he works as the underboss but he can’t stop thinking about the woman that he’s engaged to. The mafia underboss gets reprimanded by the best friend of the don/brother about the girl as well as performance.
Alot of things happen during this time, the couple starts to get to know one another, he gets the marriage certificate, he buys a duplex close to where he lives to put his wife’s family in and gets them moved in leaving half of the duplex empty, he figures out that the Irish mafia leader needs to die and he meets his fiance’s cousin who winds up telling him some information before he gives him money and has the cousin get on a bus to leave town. The mafia underboss tells his brother and the don/brother a version of the truth about what happened and how he got the information about the Irish mafia leader, they make a plan to kill the Irish mafia boss. Before the mafia underboss can do anything his sister informs him that she knows about his fiance even though she doesn’t know everything, the mafia underboss is furious at the best friend so he confronts the best friend, he tells him about being married to her as well as loving her.
The mafia underboss with one of his brothers winds up killing the Irish mafia leader along with his girlfriend and the cousin. The brother finds out about his wife. The mafia underboss goes and tells his wife everything and he gets a call from his brother about the don/brother wanting to see him. When he goes to the don/brother’s office his other two brothers are there as well. The don/brother won’t listen to the mafia underboss about anything and the don/brother turns his back on him kicking him out.
The man tells his wife everything that happened and she starts blaming herself about what happened. The man starts to do things around the home as well at his wife’s family’s place, he makes an office out of one of the spare bedrooms, he gets working on his gambling business that in Las Vegas as well as his brother coming over to get him to talk to the don/brother and tending to his wife. During this whole time the couple has been giving one another oral sex as well as having sex, they tell one another that they love each other.
One day while they are at her family’s duplex he gets a call from his brother informing him about the don/brother being in the hospital. The couple rushes over and he finds out about the ambush on the don/brother’s vehicle and that the best friend saved the don/brother but the best friend died. The doctor comes out and tells them about the don/brother, that the only one that can see him for now is the don/brother’s wife and the rest can’t see him till the next day. The three brothers question the doctor but he doesn’t give them anything else but what he already said to them. One brother and his wife stay there to watch the don/brother’s wife and to keep everyone informed about the don/brother.
The man, his wife and the other brother leave and the other brother decides to go after the Russians, he tells the man to come with him but before the man decides anything he talks it over with his wife. The wife lets him go and leaves, going to her family’s duplex until she hears from her husband.
The two brothers along with some of the mafia soldiers take out alot of the Russians' businesses along with killing everyone in them. After they are done they head to the hospital. The man gets ahold of his wife and talks to her telling her what happened and that he’s going to see the don/brother. When he gets to the room the don/brother is awake, the don/brother has everyone in the room leave except for the man. The don/brother apologizes about not listening to him or letting the man tell him his side of the story. The don/brother gives him back his job as the underboss.
The couple is at the compound and she’s walking around the gardens with the wives of the brothers as well as the sister of the family. The woman needs a drink so she goes to the kitchen where she finds the don/brother the two talk and she finds out what her husband has been doing so she goes to confront him about it, he tries to play it off but she won’t have none of that. Since the mafia underboss got his job back they have been splitting their time between both families.
The couple is at the duplex with her family, she gives their baby to the grandmother. The grandmother doesn’t let the baby go for some time. 3.75stars—STEEL PROMISE is the third instalment in BB Hamel’s contemporary, adult ROSSI CRIME FAMILY erotic, Mafia romance series focusing on the Rossi Family. This is second in command/underboss Saul Rossi, and twenty-five years old, waitress Molly ‘s story line. STEEL PROMISE can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.

NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers

Told from dual first person perspectives (Molly and Saul) STEEL PROMISE follows in the wake of a one-night stand between our story line couple. Molly is a waitress, in need of money, and she believes she has found a mark in our story line hero. One night together, and Molly will ghost the second in command of the Rossi Crime Family but several weeks later our heroine will discover she is carrying his child. Letting Saul Rossi know he is going to be a father is much easier than Molly expected especially when Saul is willing to claim Molly as his own but all does not go according to plan when a war between the Italian and the Irish mobs forces Saul to keep Molly a secret, a secret that will put into question Saul’s allegiance to the man in charge. What ensues is the building relationship between Saul and Molly, and the potential fall-out when the truth is revealed.

The world building focuses on the perceived betrayal of Saul Rossi, and his allegiance to the Rossi family. Molly’s family is struggling and Saul is willing to help with everyone concerned buy Molly continues to battle between head and heart knowing her relationship with Saul is causing a huge Rossi rift.

The relationship between Saul and Molly begins as a one-night stand that results in a surprise pregnancy. Molly refuses to force Saul into something he may not want, but Saul wants a family of his own, and is ready to settle down with the woman that calls to his heart. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

All of the previous story line couples returns including Saul’s siblings Maddie and Renzo, Gian and Allegra, Carlo, Stefania; Renzo’s right hand man Dante, as well as the introduction of Molly’s brother Jason, and their chain-smoking grandmother.

STEEL PROMISE is a story of power and control, secrets and lies, family and misunderstanding, forgiveness and acceptance. The fast paced premise is engaging and entertaining; the romance is seductive; the characters are determined and captivating .

“Steel Promise” is the third book in the Rossi Crime Family series by B. B. Hamel. You don’t need to have read the previous books in order to understand and enjoy this one. It’s a surprise pregnancy, opposites attract story with a few surprise twists.

Molly is a honest, hard-working waitress carrying a lot of family weight on her shoulders. As the sole support for her chain-smoking grandmother and her chronically ill younger brother, she’s barely keeping it together. Providing basic necessities, like food, clothing, and medication, makes it difficult to pay the rent and her brother’s tuition bills. Out of sheer desperation, Molly decides she’s going to steal a watch from a wealthy man who could afford the loss. She never anticipates that the target of her theft is Saul –second-in-command and underboss of the Rossi Family. Molly also never even imagines that their passionate one night stand will leave her pregnant. Saul has plenty of wealth, but is also carrying a huge amount of his own pressures and trauma. When Molly tracks him down to let him know she’s pregnant, his reaction is nothing like what she expected. In fact, she expected nothing from him at all. She wants nothing from him, figuring somehow she’ll manage things. After all, she always figures out a way.

Molly and Saul are both complex characters – especially him. I enjoyed the previous two books in this series, and actually felt a little bad about what happened to him in the second one. We get a better look at his Saul’s true heart in this one, and it’s not what I’d expect from him at all. Because his family is at war with the Irish mob, Saul can’t tell anyone about what’s going on between him and Molly, who is Irish, (although not involved with their enemies). When his relationship with Molly is finally revealed to his older brother, the head of the family, the fallout is devastating. The way Saul handles it, and the way the story continues to unfold, was all surprising and impactful in multiple ways. This is a romance novel, so Molly and Saul get the happy ever after they certainly deserve, although for a while I couldn’t figure out how it would all come together. The family members of both Molly and Saul are excellent secondary characters. (Pay attention to the trigger warnings and remember this is a Mafia story, so there’s going to be violence). I’m looking forward to the next book in the series!.

Loved reading Saul & Molly's story from the minute they met in the bar I was hooked. Molly was in the bar her focus purely to hook up with a man & get him distracted enough so she could steal something from him to sell but quick enough so she could leave before they got to the bedroom.
However, when she met Saul her plan went out of the window ending with them going back to his house enjoying a mega steamy night that neither would forget but in the morning before he woke up she saw through the end part of her plan & stole his watch but wasn't bothered by it..
Saul couldn't get this amazing woman off his mind but was unsuccessful at finding her again until one day she turned up telling him she was pregnant that she was just telling him out of courtesy & didn't want anything to do with him as she was going to do everything by herself. Saul was shocked but not unhappy telling her that wasn't going to happen that he wanted to be involved so set out to make sure she would be staying with him & her family taken care of as he knew the dire straits her family were in that he wouldn't give up her & that they would get married which involved a lot of sass, flirting & lots of steam.
There was one major wall in his was which was that her family were the rival his family were fighting the war with so went about keeping her a secret even though one of his brothers friends Dante warned him.
It seemed to be going well she was trusting him more & seemed like they were married for real so when they got to go the the family house she was worried but he reassured her with would be ok & Molly found that she got on well with the other wives but when she saw Saul coming towards her after his meeting with Renzo who was not only his big brother but the head of their mafia family she could see it didn't go well.
Saul knew Renzo would happy about Molly being his wife but what Renzo said & did devastated Saul leading him to his business suffering but also his family split in two so Molly's family became his own.
There is a lot of drama, pain & very emotional at times before Saul can get the happy ever after with the woman who not only stole his watch but his heart.
I've loved reading other brothers stories aswell & can't wait to reading Carlos' story if there is a woman who can tame the beast.

I am seriously addicted to the Rossi men!

After falling hard for Renzo and Maddie, and watching Gian steal Allegra (from Saul), only to have their own happiness, I was curious to see which Rossi man would follow. I was not disappointed by the fact it was Saul!!

Molly is an easy character to connect with, as her motivation to provide for her family is understandable.
Although, she picked the wrong guy to mess with. (She did find her forever love, so is he really the wrong one?)

Saul is an excellent underboss for Renzo - never questioning his assignments or any of his directives... but Molly is a problem. His addiction to her is a problem, but so is her heritage. He does his best to keep her hidden, until he can't.

This has all the things we LOVE in a Mafia read-
Family loyalty, rival fighting and tensions, bloodshed and more. I STRONGLY recommend reading this series in order for the best reading experience, as knowing the connections and backstories of these characters is best.

I'd love to share my favorite parts of this story with you, but spoilers aren't my thing!! Suffice to say, this couple doesn't disappoint! Their banter and steamy chemistry kept me flipping pages and I was at the end of this story too quickly for my liking.

I was fortunate to receive a complimentary copy of this book from the author (thank you ❤) and happily leave my review. Once you have finished your time with these characters, I recommend reading others from this talented author. Worth your time to do so.

You can’t help falling in love with Saul and Molly despite the odds against them!
I feel for Molly who is thinking to do the unthinkable to help ease her debt in caring for her Nana and brother and trying to pay all the bills while sitting at the bar looking for her mark. Enter Saul checking out a bar in their new territory with Dante and is instantly attracted to Molly but mistakes her purpose at the bar. Molly almost abandons her plan for the night, but they decide to start over and later head out to get to know one another better. Molly throws caution to the wind and spends a fantastic night with Saul until the wee hours of the morning when she slips out of the bed and there is Saul’s Rolex waiting to alleviate Molly’s cash flow. Saul is more miff’d that Molly left without one more time beneath the sheets than his missing Rolex. There’s something about Molly that he can’t forget, so goes looking for her back in the bar time and time again with no luck, until Molly walks in with the most unbelievable news that she shares with him. What follows is Saul inserting himself in Molly’s family to win her over to become his wife, though it has to be on the down low with her loose connection to the Irish that they are at war with. When life gets complicated for Saul with his family, Molly supports Saul while he is wandering around lost with no direction in life. Until that one phone call comes in with horrible news, but will Saul find his new purpose? You have to read to find out and will love the ending!

Two people who aren’t supposed to mix with one another but yet fate stepped in and things go her way so make sure to double check that you are buckled up, dangerous men, alpha’s personified, possessive, oh, gorgeous, brooding all the makings of a story consisting with three D’s (dark, delicious, and dirty) 😊. There will be suspense, betrayal, death, darkness, secrets reveled, violence, hope, forgiveness, and maybe even love along the way. Molly is a sweetheart in need of money one night with a man who has a watch that’s worth so much, but she leaves him with no way contact her, but fate wasn’t through with meddling because a few months down the line she learns she is pregnant now she must go find the father of her child unsure of how to expect. Saul sexy as all get out second in command of the Rossie Crime Family not a man you want upset or after you, ruthless, dangerous on a good day, deadly every day, can’t get that one night stand out of his mind, continues to think about her and when she does find him months later with the news of her being pregnant with his child everything changes for them both. Saul will do what he needs to keep her save despite a war brewing between the Italian and Irish mobs which puts him in the position of keeping her their baby a secret out of the need for their safety. But she is struggling, feeling like the war is over her actions especially when her family gets involved so where are these two headed, will their family finally come around, and will they be there for their fast approaching family?

3rd book in the series on the Rossi brothers. Saul is the one brother who follows all the rules and gives everything he can to his family. Molly is an Irish girl who is trying to take care of her brother and grandmother. Her brother is sick and needs expensive medicine. Molly has decided to rob the next guy she can. In walks Saul who takes a seat next to her at the bar. The electricity between them has not gone unnoticed. Deciding to go home with Saul, they have one of the best nights together. But when Saul wakes up the next morning, Molly is gone and so is his Rolex! A few months go by and Molly gets an unexpected surprise. Going back to the bar where they first met, Saul is told about the baby. With Molly being related to a few members of the Irish mafia, there is a feud going on between the Rossi’s and the Irish. Saul decides to keep Molly a secret for now but grows closer to her brother and grandmother.

When Saul is told by his brother (Don Renzo) that he is to be set up with another woman to form another alliance, Saul tells his brother no. When there is betrayal and the family finds out about Molly, Saul is banished from his family. Hurt, deception and betrayal force the family apart. But when Renzo is in trouble, will Saul step up for his brother?

Great story, a tragedy that brought tears to my eyes, and wonderful characters. I really hope there is a story for the sister of the family Stefania!

So hot and dangerous!

Saul meets Molly at a bar and get together and she seals his watch, she is so desperate, she needs the money to buy her brother's very expensive pills and food and rent!Saul can't get over Molly and he keeps looking for her and in the mean time she fines out that the little encounter produced a little Saul! So now she must decide if she wants to keep the baby or not,but she tells Saul and he is happy but there is a problem he can't tell his family,so she becomes his little secret. things seem to improve and now Saul think it's time Molly meets the family, the girls are happy but two of the brothers are leary but Saul tells them he loves her,he has to have a talk to the Don who is Renzo and he is isn't a happy camper and they had mean hateful words and now he is dead to the family and after time and interventions the two brothers are no closer together until Renzo all most gets killed that they finally talk and they are brothers again!I felt so bad when Dante loss his life and hit almost brought the family down!B.B. Hamel didn't let me down again,I love story's and when I see another one coming out I make sure that I'm ready,I hope another one in this family comes out soon,There is Carlo and baby sister to get a storyline and I wish Dante could of had one too! worth more than five stars, for compassion for strength and not giving what on gut feelings!

Saul is by far my favorite Rossi brother to date. Renzo seemed like a decent guy in his book but Gian was a disappointment in his and Allegra's story (after stealing Allegra from Saul). Renzo's character has devolved as the series continues. He has become more the Don than a brother and even less of a fair man who depends on his brothers to make him successful as the Don. All he thinks about is alliances and what is good for the Familia and himself. The story of Saul and Molly's relationship is interesting, but the rest of the storyline is very predictable, thus the lower rating.

Saul and Molly come from rival families and are drawn together under nefarious circumstances. She is Irish and he is Italian. She is a waitress struggling to take care of her family and he comes from the Rossi family whose only relationship with the Irish, is how fast they can kill each other.

Molly and Saul begin a relationship behind closed doors whereas Molly becomes pregnant with Saul's child. Saul and Molly are put through allot before they can finally pull the window shades up and reveal their relationship. It's a rough ride (not uncommon in these relationships) that both must be strong to get through. Molly is a tough MFC and Saul has just the right amount of softness and strength to make this story work. It's got some really cute moments in it that make both characters seem like real people and not just characters in a storyline.

This is the third brother in the Rossi Famiglia to fall in love. Saul is second in command and the straightest of arrows. Always follows the rules and tries hard to give his all to the Family. Then he meets this Irish girl, Molly. She is hanging in a dive bar determined to rob the first gut to take her home. She is working 3 jobs to take care of her brother and Nana. Only the sexiest man alive is the lucky sucker. She almost chickens out but their attraction is electric. She ends up staying most of the night. It’s the best night of bed games she has ever had. And almost doesn’t steal the watch. But bills need to be paid. Then a few months later she pops back into his life with a big surprise! He’s going to be a daddy and she just wanted to let him know. She doesn’t expect anything from him. But Saul is over the moon. And before she knows it he has convinced her to marry him. And not only does he step up for the baby he takes care of her brother and Nana too. But there is a big complication. His Family is at war with the Irish. And even though she isn’t involved with that part of her family Saul is worried how his big brother the Don is going to handle the news. Then things get very complicated and very simple. It is a rocky road to their Happily Ever After. This story is full of passion, tenderness and danger. I can’t wait to see what happens with Carlo.

The Rossi brothers lead a violent, hard life full of surprises. In this third book, underboss Saul Rossi finds himself at a crossroads that threatens his position. I was struck by Molly's character who felt the entire weight of life on her shoulders, lacking much, with a family to take care of and giving way to desperation. Saul Rossi's life had always revolved around the orders of the Don, first his father and now his brother, fulfilling expectations and feeling alone and without anything that was truly his. Molly was strong, smart, sacrificed for her people, fighting to survive, quick to make decisions and taking controversial positions trying to help Saul deal with his emotions. Interesting how the plot develops with secrecy and a fight of feelings and wills that we already knew what would result of that because the Rossi brothers, despite their mistakes, support each other. Saul made me think as we saw him in two strongly contrasting facets. I liked the involvement of the whole family and how we got to know more and more about the different personalities of the brothers. You must keep an eye on Carlo because this Rossi is kind of weird. What's going through his mind? Lots of mafia style action, suspense, strong emotions, some funny scenes, tender moments, romance, and passion. I voluntarily reviewed this copy I received through Booksprout and it kept me avidly reading.

One night stand, friend or foe? Mixing blood lines!!!

As we continue reading about the Rossi Familia we get the insight of what happens to their under boss after his brother married the girl he was arranged to marry but Gian stole her away.
The Italians were still at war and the best solution was.to cut down the Irish so the Russians didn't have allies backing them up.
Saul and Dante were checking out some of their public locations and one night Saul hooked up with a girl from the bar. Let's just say she rocked his world in more ways then one.
Dante thought that him casing the place for weeks for her to return was a bad idea since she was a pretty Irish girl and off limits.
What happens when he finally sees her walk in?
Will he go against the family and hook up with her again?
What would happen if his brother the Don finds out?
There is so much good and bad in this story you can't put it down.
Violence, honor, family, trust, betrayal. Love and 🔥🔥🔥BB Hamel is a local author and I enjoy her stories some more than others but I can actually relate to the setting of all that takes place. While it is fiction I can relate to the territories mentioned. Free read if you have Kindle Unlimited it is a great options if you love to read because it can be very costly for someone like me who cold read up to 5 books a week if I have the time. Happy Reading everyone

Change of Plans -
Molly was only looking for a way to get money when she spent an amazing night with Saul, but she actually got more than she expected when she discovered a few weeks later, that her life was about to change. However, Molly didn’t expect that her decision to tell Saul would mean her existing life would change drastically, especially because he was part of the mafia. Even though Saul and Molly’s attraction for each other turned into a loving relationship, they kept it secret because of the potential repercussions of them being together.

Unfortunately, their secret was discovered before they could reveal it to Saul’s family, which led to a rift between Saul and his brother. As luck would have it, Saul put aside his anger and stepped up to help his family when one of their rivals decided to reek havoc on them, which ultimately healed the rift and gave him the chance to get back on track towards his forever happiness. Wow! That was a truly intense mafia romance story, that took me on an amazing ride filled with steamy encounters, heartwarming moments, family drama, wonderful camaraderie and a bit of action. Grab a copy of this book now and you won’t be disappointed.

Steel Promise is the third installment in B.B. Hamel’s Rossi Crime Family series. In it she chronicles the romantic journey of Molly and Saul Rossi. Molly is a young and beautiful redhead Irish lass. She works as a waitress and takes care of her aging grandmother and a younger brother who suffers from epilepsy. Saul is one of the Rossi brothers and is the second in command in the Rossi Crime Family. Destiny brings them together when in need of cash to survive and medicine for her brother, Molly looks for a mark to steal from. Her mark is Saul. When they met in a local bar, sparks ignited. There is only one problem. Molly is related to members of the Lynch Crime family, the Irish mafia. The Rossi Crime family is in a war with the Irish Mafia and the Russian Bratva. Saul is determined to make Molly his and soon they are married. Will their union be successful? How will her family react to their relationship? How will his brothers react to their secret marriage? What happens in the war between the Rossi Crime family, the Irish Mafia, and the Russian Bratva? To find out, you must read this suspenseful mafia romance.

Ms. Hamel does it again with another captivating mafia romantic read. Her skill utilizing literary devices is outstanding. Her dialog, both conversational and internal monologues, are entertaining, as they reveal a concise picture of her characters’ identities. The lead characters are multi-dimensional. The secondary characters add interest and help to move this plot along. I liked the way she uses intrigue to enhance this character-driven romantic plot and capture her readers attention.

Top notch steamy romance

Life is very hard trying to put family first before your own needs. That’s what both Saul and Molly contend with on a daily basis. Saul wants for nothing materially and Molly has nothing. The stars are aligned so that the two will meet in a sleazy bar that the Rossi family now owns and in which Molly is trying to find a victim from whom to steal. She needs the money for food, for rent, for her Nana’s cigarettes and for her brother’s epilepsy meds. Saul winds up being her mark. Read what happens after they spend an epic steamy❤️‍🔥 night together.

The author gives us 2 MC’s that are very likeable…even though Saul is the underboss for the Rossi Famiglia. Who could not love Molly…she works 3 jobs just to take care of her brother and grandmother? The dialogue between them is like sparring with lots of humor. What will happen when Saul reveals what Molly means to him to his family, especially his brother Renzo, the Don? Both of their families and their dynamics are equally as entertaining.

Excellent, excellent, excellence!!! I loved this book so much. Allegra and Gina’s love story was really good, but this book was outrageous!!! Falling in love with someone you don’t want to love is hard for anyone, but for a mafioso to fall in love with someone that goes against the principles of the “famiglia” is fate worse than death. But that is where Saul finds himself. He knew the consequences but he loved his Molly and the unborn child she was carrying and he loved them with his whole heart. Saul is the underboss and he loved his family. He loves his brothers and their growing families. He loves that at the end of the day they are brothers and they are brothers forever. Brothers are ride or die.

There are some parts of this book that are hysterical. I had to stop reading in some part to give myself time to recover from the laughter.

This book is so good that it has become my yard fire this year.

This was an arc given to me for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

Don’t bypass this book. Definitely worth the time invested.

A wonderful story – love, sex, and a lot of violence. Molly is struggling to support her grandmother and her epileptic brother, and steals a watch from Saul after a night of passionate sex – so she can pawn it to raise some money. Later, discovering she is pregnant, she tells him – and he decides to marry her. The love comes later – but when it does, it is warm and wonderful – and accompanied with a lot of sex. Because Saul is part of a Mafia family, there is also a lot of violence and difficult family issues, but there are some wonderful wives to his brothers, and his sister, who help to smooth over problems and welcome Irish Molly into their large Italian family. The book was filled with enjoyable characters, and Saul and Molly were intelligent, energetic, and passionate about each other – and a terrific support to each other. 🌶️🌶️🌶️ 3/5 Spice

I'm lost on which number BB Hamel book I'm on, but I think this is one of favorites. What I'm loving, so much about this author is that she's solid. Her writing, her story telling, her characters, the spice. It's all solid and I love that. It explains why I've been devouring her books for the better part of two weeks now. I simply cannot get enough.

I really love Molly and Saul. She's the totally opposite or his yang to her yin. They complement each other, so well and for someone who's always done what his family has asked he's finally taking something for himself in the form of Molly. The attraction and spice are explosive between these two and I love that Molly is a force to be reckon with.

I feel like I say this with all of my BB reviews, but if you're looking for something a bit on the mafia lighter side, you've got to give her books a read.

This is the third book in the Rossi Crime family series, and it does not disappoint. Saul is the underboss of his family with lots of responsibility and yet when he meets Molly in a dive bar, he is immediately interested in her. Molly is at her wits end when she is at the bar. She intends to rob the first guy who hits on her and guess who it ends up being. She never planned to sleep with him, but he kissed so well she figured she deserved a night of pleasure. It is a night Saul can't forget and he tries to find her, but she ends up finding him a month or so later to let him know she is pregnant. Saul has been looking for something for himself and when he learns about the baby, he decides that she is his. This leads to secrets and strife within the family that makes for a good read.
