I really love assassin stories so when I saw this book I was hoping for a storyline with lots of conflicting, will I won't I type of action at the very least. I didn't get that. The romance portion was definitely there and steamy but I would never know Inda was any type of assassin just by reading the book without the description.
It seemed like it was undercover work that wasn't really stealthy enough for me and when both hands were revealed the acceptance was too easy for the amount of time our two main characters had known one another. I also felt like for an assassin, Inda made a lot of mistakes. For example, bringing a civilian along on a mission for more than just hacking and then getting them both almost killed multiple times. She stressed about her history a lot and how she was a bad person but Lucas knew from the beginning she was an assassin which meant killing people so this being the main internal struggle made hardly any sense. And then everyone living together and the banter about "the wives" I really wasn't feeling it.
Part of this is because I'm used to old school romantic suspense and this just wasn't giving that. Maybe this time for a re-read.

Inda by Charissa Gracyk was an addicting installment in the Force Protection Delta series. I couldn't put this book down. I loved the chemistry between Inda and Lucas. Their banter was amazing. The intimate scenes were steamy! The action was well placed and kept me on the edge of my seat wondering how Inda and Lucas were going to get through everything that was thrown their way. This is my favorite of the Force Protection Delta books so far!

I am always excited to start a new book by Charissa Gracyk, and Inda was everything I had hoped for and so much more. Truly fantastic characters, nail-biting danger and suspense, an intelligent, swoon-worthy hero, a fierce and loyal shero, a steamy and wonderful love story, and the found family that weaves them all together in their fight to bring down The Agency.
I love Inda and Lucas-they couldn't be more perfect for each other. I realized with this book that my favorites are those where our heroine is the true star of the story. Inda’s strength, determination and abilities are impressive, so it was a joy to see her find her match in Lucas and allow herself to be open and vulnerable with him. Not without skills of his own, hacker-extraordinaire Lucas stole my heart right along with Inda’s. The two of them, along with the rest of Ex-Nihilo, are some of my very favorite characters. I can't wait for more from the Force Protection Delta series!

This is book 4 of the Force Protection Delta and boy does it pack a punch! I absolutely love the chemistry between Inda and Lucas. This story had all the feels you could want from the action and the romance. I have found that anything written by Charissa Gracyk cannot be put down. I highly recomend it, this is easily a 5 star read and an automatic 1 click. Great job!!

I’ve been looking forward to reading Inda’s story from the beginning and I’m
so happy to say that not only did it live up to everything I thought and hoped it would be, it surpassed my expectations by a mile.
This has been a fantastic series from the first book, Ryland’s story, and I love that each and every character is present in each new story. Their presence adds an extra facet to the stories that just make them
That much more special.
The bond Ex-Nihilo have is strong and true. They are a family at heart and their bond is unbreakable. It’s fascinating to watch them work together seamlessly, like a well oiled machine with each cog working together to achieve an end goal.
Inda is a true badass. She’s strong and tough with a spine of pure steel. She’s everything I would love to be. I love how Charissa Gracyk has portrayed each side of Inda with awe and pride. Although she’s capable of being anyone’s idea of their worst nightmare, she’s also kind and loyal to those she loves, she soft and allows her heart to show once someone has climbed her walls and proven their loyalty.
I loved Lucas!! It’s so nice to see a man whose comfortable and so supportive of a strong woman, a woman whose a badass in a way he never would be. He’s secure in himself and I find that so appealing. Although his feelings for Inda catch him unawares he’s open about his quickly growing feelings.
I love his alpha ways and not do I love his dimples!! Who doesn’t love a man with dimples!!!
I love that Lucas can give Inda something she’s never had before - a safe place to be herself. Yes, he’s no match for her fighting abilities but his strength allows her to let her walls down and just be present. I love that his strength, although different than hers, can illicit such a profound response in her.
Watching them work together with the team fighting evil every step of the way as they fight to achieve their goal was so spellbinding and addictive.
Charissa Gracyk has once again outdone herself. She is truly a writer with an endless talent to bring us a glimpse into spellbinding worlds we’d give anything to stay within. The depth and emotion she portrays simply sweeps you away, holding you a willing captive.
As always, I cannot recommend Charissa or her books highly enough.
It’s impossible to rate this book because it would take every star in the universe to fully portray just how compelling and perfect this read is.

I was excited for Inda’s story! She has a laidback style but is deadly when necessary. She is a badass, and the men on her team see her as equal. Her backstory has been a mystery that I couldn’t wait to have unlocked.
Inda was totally in lust with Lucas, and it was fun to read her reaction to him. Her inner monologue of, “I want him, but I shouldn’t want him,” usually happened when she was sneaking a peek at him. She is a woman who appreciates a good-looking man but has reservations about him because of her past.
Lucas is my new book boyfriend. His story pulled at my heart, and I melted for him. Any man who sacrifices that much for his mother and is willing to open up verbally and emotionally is a man to hold on to. He was 100% committed once he admitted his feelings about India. Who wouldn’t want to hold onto an attractive and intelligent man like him?
The emotional connection that developed between Inda and Lucas was beyond physical passion, and you could feel it. Charissa Gracyk’s writing portrayed all of their thoughts and emotions. She did an excellent job creating a storyline that brought together the romance and the ongoing suspense arc.
I enjoy the bond Ex Nihilo has formed, especially with the addition of significant others. It has shifted from a military team to a found family that wants to get to the truth so they can get on with the lives they are building.
The nonstop action was intense, and it tied in well with the previous books. It was engaging, and I want to know what happens next. I knew this book was going to be great. It was even better than I expected!

I'm loving this series. It has just the right amount of action and red-hot romance, and Inda and Lucas's story was exactly that.

The insane chemistry between her and Lucas was already bubbling over when she discovered who he was.
A great chase scene through San Francisco both on the roads and on the water, and a death-defying climb down a cliff, will have your heart racing and on the edge of your seat as Inda, Lucas and the team uncover more about The Agency and their plans.
Only two more books in the series to go, and as we race towards the conclusion, I can't wait to see what Ms. Gracyk has up her sleeve to thrill and entertain us!

I loved this one! India has been focused on her job on the team and training. She knows she’s not as strong as some men but she can use other skills to survive and complete her mission. The mission changes and brings her to her handsome hunky boss at Carlisle’s company. The two grow close but when a secret is revealed everything changes. Lucas doesn’t know what hit hit but her was not prepared for the little spark plug of his new assistant. Inda has some deep seated secrets that make her think she doesn’t deserve love. Sweet Lucas isn’t letting go of his Onca. This book has lots of action, suspense and is super steamy. It also gives us a glimpse of Saint’s story.

This book gets your blood pumping in more ways than one. It's a non-stop adrenaline rush that you never come down from.
Inda and Lucas are explosive, both in and out of the bedroom. The build up, the tension, the will they/won't they, the secrets, keeps you wanting more.
After all the heartache and pain Inda went through, she finally found a man worthy of her trust and heart. Something she doesn't give out easily.
There were a few twists I didn't see coming, a couple of holy crap moments and one scene that made me laugh, thanks to Zane and Saint.
We're coming into crunch time, and I can't wait to see how things end for The Agency and who is really pulling the strings.

This is a great addition to the Force Protection Delta series. Inda Diaz goes undercover to search for information regarding The Agency and is hired to work for Lucas Sheridan. However, they find out that nothing is it seems. When their secret identities are compromised, they realise they have to work together but lines blur when passion is added into the mix, then betrayal hits everyone hard. If you have read the previous books in this series, then you won’t be disappointed with this steamy romance.

India and Lucas’ story just might be one of my favorites in the Force Protection Delta series. The sparks between these two start flying almost immediately! Then, throw in the heart racing action makes this book even better. I love a series that keeps you in touch with the previous characters. Inda is a stand alone and Charissa Gracyk does a great job of recapping the previous stories so that you don’t feel lost. That being said I highly recommend that you start with book 1, Ryland and read them all! I am so excited to see where the next book takes this group!

From beginning to end, you will keep turning the pages. The storyline flows so smoothly, and the intrigue has you wanting more. Inda and Lucas may have started out platonic, but it shifted into something more that neither one saw coming. They healed each other from their past trauma. Allowing them to see that they were worthy of love. Great series and writing. I am looking forward to the next book.

Another adrenaline rush from Charissa Gracyk. The dangerous scenarios that the characters encounter never get old and never feel forced. I never tire of reading about this group - the friendship, the teamwork and of course the romantic tension keep me turning pages quickly! I loved reading about the small but might Inda finding her happily ever after and I can't wait for the next installment. The teaser at the end has me extra anxious for Saint's book.

Inda is another awesome read by Charissa Gracyk!
I read it in one sitting I couldn’t put it down!
The characters are brilliant I loved Inda and Lucas, their banter and the way they connected, sparks flying all over, they are just perfect together!
Filled with suspense, intrigue, secrets and lies makes this a perfect romantic suspense and a great addition to the series.

Book four in the Force Protection Delta series puts Inda behind the wheel, and wow can the girl drive! She’s strong, capable, independent, and highly skilled… basically a force to be reckoned with. I’d say Lucas had his hands full, but I think the feeling was mutual. The two were perfectly matched, complimenting each other’s strengths, while bolstering the other’s weaknesses.
Getting insight into Inda’s past, and being privy to her insecurities, gave her character depth and made me root for her that much more. And how could I not fall in love with Lucas? He knows he’s no match for Inda’s fighting skill, but is neither intimidated, nor threatened by her. His confidence is hot, and his understated strength affords him the ability to keep her just enough off balance to sneak past her defenses. He’s a charmer in sheep’s clothing and had me giggling on more than one occasion with his comments and laid-back ability to keep Inda on her toes.
The action was spot-on, the story intriguing, and the intimate moments steamy enough to fog up a dozen car windows. Plus, the little teaser about Saint is going to have me camping outside the author’s door, refusing to let her leave her house until his book is finished!

Gracyk has delivered another suspenseful, intriguing romance with “Inda” book four in her Force Delta Protection series. I love a story where the heroine is the center and Inda is a bad@$s, don’t mess with me woman who doesn’t need anyone. Until she meets Lucas.
Inda goes undercover as an HR assistant to dig into the owner of the building who is a member of the Agency. Lucas, her boss, is also undercover but she doesn’t know that. He knows who Inda is but doesn’t let her in on that secret until she finds out who he really is. When the truth is revealed, she takes him to meet the rest of ex-Nihilo to figure out what he knows and if they can trust him to help them.
As usual, Charissa Grayck has created characters you love from the beginning, giving us a fast-paced action and intrigue story. The almost instant chemistry between Inda and Lucas is palpable, and I love how they broke down each other’s defenses and trusted each other with their past hurts and healed together.
Inda can be read as a stand-alone but I recommend you start at the beginning with Ryland so you can fully appreciate the storyline and how the Agency fits into the overall theme of this series. I definitely give 5 stars to this book!

I can honestly say that I have a "Girl Crush" on Inda Bruja Diaz. Inda is the only woman assassin on the FPD team, a beautiful, tiny but not delicate, total martial arts, rock climbing bad@$$. She is tough and soft at the same time. She doesn't need to be taken care of by anyone, just a place to rest. Her hard past and traumatic childhood has left her jaded for any relationship. Gracyk has mixed a strong woman heroine with a right for her hero in Lucas. While deceiving each other at first, they come to realize who the real enemy is... The Agency. The overall arch that has followed the Ex Nihilo team through the series answers more questions, but asks just as many. The instant attraction of these two characters may feel a bit rushed but it fits with the action of the story including being shot at while climbing down a cliff. Fighting bad guys and each others feelings makes for an entertaining fast paced story. The hints for Saint's upcoming story leaves you wanting more. I want More.

It's no secret I love a swoony hero, but bring me a bad@ss heroine and I am a happy freaking camper!

I was so excited to see Inda get her own story. Bringing the lone female operator on the team to the forefront and letting her shine is genius. She absolutely pulls readers into her story and makes them (and Lucas) fall head over heels for her.

I fully endorse jumping into this series with Inda! Within the first few chapters I was promptly whisked away, fully engrossed in the plot and brought up to speed flawlessly. This author is quite simply just THAT good! It felt as if I had stumbled into a deliciously hot action/suspense/romance all rolled up into one tantalizing package - I could "see" it all unfolding in my head as if it were playing on a movie screen! Doesn't that just say it all? Pure. Talent.
I have added binging the others in this series to my must do list out of pure want for more Force Protection Delta, and will also be eagerly anticipating the next book, as I am now fully invested and properly obsessed!

This was a wonderful book. Just amazing.
Going undercover to investigate her big boss, Inda gets a job as the assistant to Lucas, who is investigating her and the team.
It was great to see Inda being both a Warrior we know she is but also seeing her vulnerable. Her reaction to Lucas is deeply denied initially but they very soon grow on each other. Enemies that had to learn to fight for each other.
So well written, this team spirit just grows and the support between them all is heartening. Such a wonderful plot that's fast paced and really involving. And an amazing cast of characters that can't help but draw you in. Id love to live in this world.

The newest addition to the Ex Nihilo story arc does not disappoint! Inda goes undercover to get intel on one of the Agency’s bankers. She goes in as an HR employee. Lucas is her boss, and the sparks fly from day one. But Inda isn’t the only one with a secret identity.
ARGH! This story was so amazing and SO MUCH happens in it! So many twists and turns and plot points revealed. Not going to give spoilers. But y’all have to read this one. We learn who really killed Dr Orlov and why. We learn who Cipher is. We learn why the Agency wanted the Novichok. We learn the rest of the names of the Agency’s leadership. And SO much more!
But most importantly, we get to watch the kick a$$ Bruja fall in love. 12/10 recommend this one!

This book just became my favorite in the series so far! When it comes to writing strong heroines who know how to kick butt and take names, Gracyk excels. But the hero of Inda’s story is no slouch either. She and Lucas balance each other out perfectly.
The ride is wild but the HEA is so worth it! I thoroughly enjoyed watching their love story unfold amidst heart-pounding boat rides, death-defying heights, and the threat of chemical poisoning.
Seeing Inda support Lucas in his time of need and watching Lucas help Inda open up was truly beautiful. This couple is perfection! Definitely going on my re-read list!

Holy guacamole…what an action packed, twisting, turning read!! The chemistry between Inda and Lucas is smoking hot but has them taking steps to build walls until they figure out the who, what and where of trust. When more truths come out about The Agency and they find themselves in a pickle will they get out of it alive? Do they find the love they’ve always wanted or does Inda shore up the walls even more? You don’t want to miss this heart racing romance that will keep you on the edge of your seat to see what happens next!!

I loved Inda and Lucas's story - the chemistry between these was off the charts! You can feel the attraction between them in their interactions. Then throw in the element of them being boss and employee and it just adds to the tension.
As the story progresses, the team gets some more key pieces to the puzzle of The Agency as far as their plans and who their members are. I loved how kick-a$$ Inda's character is and the fact that Lucas not only wasn't threatened by that but felt it was hor. There's plenty of danger and action before Inda and Lucas find their HEA.
