I was offered as a sacrifice to my bully Alpha. He was outlawed, but now he’s back to raid our pack and get his revenge. I’m the plus-sized outcast, the lowest of the pack, the one that is sacrificed to appease him. He used to torment me. Now I’m his forced mate, his virgin bride, and…the one to carry his heir.
I’m used to being mocked and laughed at. It comes with being a curvy psychic. Now I’m trapped and being prepared for the mating ceremony. He says I’m in his possession now, whether I like it or not. He examines me as I stand by his bed, whether I try to hide myself or not.
The shame is overwhelming, the burning in my full thighs unbearable. The humiliation is building, until my voluptuous body breaks. When he finally touches me, it’s like my curves have been his all along. Could it be that he’s more than just my tormentor?
Could it be that he’s the daddy wolf I’ve always dreamed of?
The Alpha Outlaws are ruthless, possessive, and intimidating billionaire Alpha wolves. They always get what they want…and what they want most is a curvy mate whose voluptuous curves can handle their domineering alpha vibes…
Poorly written with awkward phrasing and word choice. There were some glaring errors in the editing. For example, at an important point in the story they drink from the "vile" and I had to pause to figure out what vile thing they were drinking from before realizing the author meant 'vial' the noun instead of 'vile' the adjective. In reference to the trope, the female main character is initially bullied by another woman but after that there's nothing. The male main character almost immediately apologizes for anything he did in the past so there's no sense of tension. The two characters experience insta-lust with no other foundation to the connection. The plot is very basic. The setting is underdone. The dialogue is immature and repetitive. I picked this up because it had a 4+ star rating and I was looking for something new. Violence. Sex. Swearing.
I found this story after I was recommended to read the second story from an email but I, for obvious reasons, started with the first one in the series. I found the story to be fairly short (I tend to read all-in-one books that take days to read so something that takes me a couple hours at best is a short story) but sweet (as my review title states) but, in the end I found myself wanting a little bit more and questioning if perhaps this series is either a spinoff of another series or if it's just light on the details I'm wanting (more information about the history of the initial pack, more information about how the conclusion was reached {without giving spoilers, all I can say is that I feel like there was not enough effort made towards the conclusion at all...it was like there was this big build up to an event and, once the event happened, EVERYTHING was magically better with no explanation of how anyone coped with the actual event despite having been on different sides prior}, and more information about the friends of the male main character) to find it truly satisfying. That being said, for a shorter story, I found it relatively enjoyable and I do plan to both look into if there ARE linked series (as so many authors do now) and read them if they exist as well as continue this series for now on the chance that this is a series that gradually releases more details as you get deeper into the series but I will warn fellow readers that this is not a detail rich story. It's got some details on some things but you won't find yourself transported into the story at all times...only during a few scenes if you are lucky
Levi and Jane’s story is a fated mate trope with the twist of his having bullied her prior to his being cast out of the pack for a murder he didn’t commit. Strong central characters as well as others I want to see more of in coming books. Lot’s of action both in the bedroom and out. Jane’s psychic premonitions helping along the way . The storyline sets it up for the potential of being a series, which I hope the Author had planned, as I’d love to see his Alpha friends and her sweet female friends get their own stories. 4✨’s . I received an ARC from the Author and am choosing to leave this review.
This story tells of a young woman that was Bullard for being different, and then given to one that bullied her when she was just a school girl right in to adulthood. Yes you know love will find a way.I would like to say thank you for all your hard work and may fortune smile 😃on you always 😁from a bookworm
This novel was an enjoyable read. The story was interesting and flowed along nicely. The characterizations were myriad and complex. The camaraderie between the main male character and his best friend was delightful. It would be good to see each of these friends with their own story.
Ok I love that a plus size outcast could find her power and love but…I don’t think his grovel game was on point. He made her life hell and yrs later it was just a few words and then it was ok. Not me! I need him crawling and begging. I guess I’m a little petty
I loved this series - it was so so good! There was spice, rejection, and an outcast finding her home and so much more! I loved Levi and how he was obsessed at first sight and worked everyday to be the best mate. As for his sweet wifey - she was my absolute favorite with her growth. Bravo bravo bravo!
Great read! It was great to see how the characters grew throughout the story. Levi acknowledged you should not have been the person he was winning younger being a bully towards Jane. They both had a lot to overcome and together they did.
It just seemed to me Riley and all the others that bullied Jane got away with too much. I wonder what happened to them. I'm glad Levi was alpha enough to admit his wrongs and be a better mate to her.
Learning to overcome bulling and not having self esteem because of it. Finding a fated mate where you less expect it. These things are what you will find in this book.
5 / 5 Sterne
