“An amazing collection of 5 moving letters”

This is a short kindle book – about 20 pages long in which Peter G Knight has compiled 5 letters written by Reg Knight whilst he was on active service during the First World War.
Reg Knight was in the Royal Engineers and saw action not only in France but Egypt and Turkey. The letters are sent from these locations between 1915-1918.
It is such a shame that only 5 letters are included in this book as I found them fascinating to read but also deeply moving when Reg describes the horrors he has encountered first hand. What I particularly liked was the images of the originals were also shown.
This book was a really worthwhile read for a firsthand account of the terrible atrocities of war.
