This book is well written and easy to understand. It starts by telling you what somatic is and its benefits. Then it helps you to prepare for your minds body exercise experience. It has warm up, exercises, cool downs and even advanced exercises to help you be the best you can be. Then to top it all of it teaches you how to breathe and work through stress and to incorporate the exercises into your everyday life. I highly recommend this book if you want to de-stress, be more flexible or just learn to do some new exercises.

This book has it all! This book offers a great introduction to somatic exercises, introductory and advanced exercises, exercises for specific situations and an easy to follow 30 day plan for implementing somatic exercises into your daily life. Although the exercises only take 10 minutes, these exercises can make your whole day better or turn a bad day around.
