Welp, finally done with the series. And looking back, I'm only getting the ick now. 😬

Why do these grown ass men want to badly knock up barely legal girls? 🫣 The age gaps were too much and the men were hellbent on breeding their fmcs. While I know these girls were onboard, I can't help but feel uneasy about it. 🤧

Anyway, this was like all the others, pure smut, with a huge age gap (19/50), and MCs focused on getting pregnant. 🤷‍♀️

Billionaire Daddies are the best!!

Harper (19, virgin) is auctioning her virginity because she needs the $$ after her father killed himself. Her father's business rival, the one she blames for his death, ends up purchasing her for a cool 5M. Leo (50, silver fox) was content to dote on Harper from afar, as long as she was safe and happy. When he learns her criminal father plans to sell her to his friend, he steps in.

Yada yada SEX!

I'm really enjoying this author so far. There are a lot of errors, and some issues with anatomy, but other than that - they're pretty hot.

I can always depend on Jade Swallow to check off those schminky tropes: br33ding? Yes. L4ct4ti0n? Yes. Age Gap? Why YES! It's all in there. Harper's father is in trouble with the wrong guys, and she needs to sell herself off to pay her father's debts. However, Leo saves the day and gets her. And that's when all the fun begins—lots of spice and fun.

Auctioned to Billionaire Daddy, part of the Forbidden Daddies series, was about 50-year-old Leo Hunter and 19-year-old Harper (neither a last name given nor an occupation for her).

After losing his business due to shady dealings, Harper's father not only took his own life, but in so doing, he left his daughter with the burden of settling the debts he had incurred while still alive. After losing her home, she had no other recourse but to sell her V-card in an auction in the hopes of coming up with enough money to settle the remainder of her late father's debt. So she signed a contract with a local sex club that had her agreeing to do whatever the winner wanted for a full week, including taking her innocence. What she hadn't expected was for the man who had exposed her father's illegal business dealings (and in her mind was the reason behind her father taking his life) to make the winning bid.

It didn't take long before Harper learned that she had been a pawn between three men: her father, a man who worked with her father, and Leo, who had fallen in love with her a year earlier and decided to save her from her dad's machinations.

Once again (and perhaps for the last time in this series?), this story was over before it even began. As the author had stated throughout the series, it wasn't a romance so much as it was an "erotic short story". It had very little angst, a touch of drama, and a bit of spice, but other than that, it was...boring, for lack of a better word. No plot, no true storyline. It is what it is...right?

I gave it a one-star rating...for effort. I'll just be glad when I reach the final book in the series so that I can move on to something better.
