Its a great overview of all the elements you need to get your business off the blocks, no massive details but there are plenty of other books and tools to cover those.

‘Founder’s Legacy: 50 Game-Changing Leadership Lessons for Building a Great Business’ by Simon Court was a simple yet effective and well-written book. I enjoyed how each chapter was broken down and explained. My biggest like of the book were the reflections at the end of each chapter, which gives the reader some food for thought questioning that can really help digest each chapter and help guide them towards boosting their leadership abilities. The final takeaway is that this book has so much good information that can be useful in becoming a better leader but also helpful information to be better individual in life as well.

The food news about this book is that while it's geared towards founders of companies, anyone in a leadership role can learn some lessons from it. On the downside, while I thought the book was fine, I didn't feel like I came away with any earth shattering ideas or suggestions. It might have been the way it was written, but I found it hard to focus in on specific points that I could take away. I received an advance review copy for free and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

I found this book simply great! It helps you to understand what true leadership is at different stages of your company from a startup to scale up stages. The idea is pretty simply yet important is to understand you can be a great leader, a team player of you understand yourself and your skills well, can build , maintain and grow a great company culture , leading through easy and challenging times. A leader has a strong focus on team and great talent. There are reflections through questions at the end of each chapter to help reader in exploring own side of leadership journey.
