Twenty of the best and brightest students arrive at Eriskay for two weeks of intensive study - Katie the ballet dancer, Enzo and Beth the musicians, and writers Alysia and Rick.

On their first night at Eriskay something terrible happens - something that Katie will never forget.

Events become more and more inexplicable until the students ask not who, but what. And the real question - how have the events of their pasts become caught up in the bizarre occurrences at Eriskay?
