Leia writes edgy and emotional stories in Dark Reverse Harem Romance. She enjoys crafting flawed heroes with a dark side and strong women who hold their own.
3/5⭐️ I enjoyed the story and appreciate how it was wrapped up. There were parts where the writing felt super drawn out and unnecessary. I had to tap to see whose chapter I was in a few times because it would get repetitive and the thought process was similar.
I did not like this series. The whole situation was confusing for me for some reason. And then another thing I didn’t like, how Cas, Cal and Sky all got with other people but the guys getting with Asher was more annoying bc they did it after stating they wanted to be “exclusive” (yes I still stand by what I said even given the situation at that time). But I also struggled connecting with the story bc even though it’s set in a more “realistic and modern” world, they still abt the “darkness” inside them like it was their own being and how they can sense it in each other—just reminds me of more of a fantasy element haha.
Even the relationship dynamics were weird, I don’t know. They were together but clearly they each had a person they “favored” and that hindered the process of certain relationships. This series just wasn’t my favorite and if I was a person who DNF’ed books, I would’ve done it halfway into book 2.
I loved this book! The series was great. And spicy scenes are my favorite! The only issue I had was I felt like the romantic connections between all four isn't easily felt. Like ya the author writes it but as a reader I just didn't feel it between all of them. Especially since cas and Caleb would sleep with other men outside of the foursome. I think CAs and caleb had a great connection and Sebastian and Skylar had a great connection but the connection between skylar and cas and Caleb wasn't really there.
Hmm. This was a good book & im glad everyone got an ending they somewhat deserve. BUT I will say- pay attention to the trigger warnings at the beginning! SA in detail.
Also- there’s some weird(?) cheating in this book. Like they don’t have consent to go out of their relationship… but also they don’t get super mad? But also it’s not an open relationship & they literally said they can only *be* with each other… idk. I would just be careful if you have a cheating trigger!❤️❤️❤️
This series was on fire! The darkness and heat twisted so good together! Sky and her men really went through hell but they were able to simultaneously defeat all the craziness. I love how they balanced each other out. The scenes with them all coming together were so good. 🥵 I also love all the characters that helped support them along the way. Their openness to the overall good was admirable strength they all shared. Now go read this series!! It’s worth every lost hour of sleep you’ll lose until you’re finished reading the series.
As a whole, I really liked this series, but be warned, this book is brutal. I like my books with a little darkness, but this is REALLY dark. Sexual, physical, emotional and psychological abuse, torture, murder, and kidnapping are just the tip of the iceberg. However, there is also therapy, healing and patience. This author continues to deliver. Also, loved seeing Asher again, and I think Damian needs his own series. BWOL-L
This whole story is not for the faint of heart. It is brutal and honest. I love this unit. It brings in some characters we have seen in other books and really hits home with some experience. You teals want to take those trigger warnings seriously… but if dark and twisted is your jam this series is just for you!
This story had me on the edge of my seat. The FMC was a bada$$ and her men was to. I loved all of the characters and even Damien in the last book I zoomed through them in 2 days couldn't stop. If you are gonna read this make sure to read Asher story first then this 1. I hope there is more to come. Definitely a must read
Incredible ending to an excellent series!! The dynamic between all of these characters is perfectly interwoven between them all and carried out to the fullest and best extent possible!! This was absolutely a non stop, edge of your seat read and I loved it! I’m definitely going to buy it for my library after reading it in KU. Highly recommended!
This is book three of the Twisted Torment series and what ride it has been. Skylar, Caspian, Caleb, and Sebastian have Bern through he'll and it's not over yet. They still ha e to defeat their enemy in order to finally relax and have their HEA. Can they defeat the monster that has been tormenting them for so long???
Sky, Cas, Cal, and Bastian. They are four happily healing, from a destructive situation that brought on by their enemy. They definitely have mayhem, destruction, battle, pain, loss and wins coming to this happy ending.
I’ve just binge read this entire series and it was worth every late night. Seriously couldn’t put this down. Will be one that I would read again. Each character was a perfect mix of strength and vulnerability, darkness and humour. A definite must read.
This was really dam good. The whole thing that happen to Caleb made me a little squeamish. Truthfully I think that ending for him should of been more brutal. I did guess Dante's secret before it was revealed. I actually liked that one.
I’m gonna need a break from reading this particular trilogy. I laughed and cried and was on the edge of my seat and read the whole series in one day…..
Perfect ending to an amazing series. I loved this trilogy! The characters, the drama, suspense, twists and turns - I couldn't put it down. And the spice...oooohhh boy! Loved it all.
Caleb was my fave, I liked the story. The MM was hot but not a lot of group or MF, and not a whole lot with Cas and Sky. The story was better than expected.
This was a great way to wrap up the trilogy. Lots of spice. Once I started the series I had to finish them. This book wrapped up the story for the main characters
