I Have No Book, I Am Too Small.

Loved best by ages 2 to 4. This is a picture book that helps toddlers understand more about babies. Abby is a new baby in the family, and she tells you about her life from her point of view as a baby. With vivid pictures and simple melodic poetry, you can experience her heart warming perspective about her relationship with her older sister, too. They are a family and they love each other. There is also a special edition of this book that features "big brother" instead of "big sister."

This is a really good book. I am stealing a review from Amazon.com because their review is perfect.
REVIEW:
"While I was pregnant with my son, I read this book a lot to my near-3yo daughter. Since we aren't around people with real babies, her only experience to that point was with baby dolls -- that is, nothing except bad experience, such as hauling the doll around by one arm/leg.

So, I read the book to her a lot with the hope that it would teach my daughter about what to expect from a baby and, to some to degree, how I expected her to interact with him. And, it worked. :D From the time the baby was born, she's "reminded" me of what sort of things the baby needs, can do, can eat, etc. Sometimes, she actually quotes the book verbatim, so I know it was the book that she's getting this from. Of course, I did add my own explanations as I read it to her (especially when there are differences, like bathing the baby in a little tub in the bathtub and not the sink), but it definitely helped make the transition from only child to big sister as smooth as can be.

BTW, although I've read this book over and over to my DD for months, it's still one of my favorites to read to her at bedtime. Cute, covers a lot, soothing, and ends on a nice note."

An adorable book, especially for very young child you might be having a new brother/sister coming into their lives. This book, an easy site-word book that kindergartens and first graders can practice their reading skills on, gives a great age-appropriate insight on babies (what they do, what they can't do, etc.) The only reason why I gave it a 3-star rating was because it's poor quality illustration.
