If you want to learn Norwegian, this book is sadly not for you!

While the setup of the book seems intriguing, it does not make up for the straight up bad Norwegian in the stories. There are a multiple grammar mistakes and wrong spacing in all the texts. It feels as if English original stories have just been fed to Google translate and then published as Norwegian.

I originally got this book to use in the Norwegian classes that I teach, and was disappointed to realize that none of the texts can be used as they are - unless the goal of the reading task is to locate grammar mistakes and points of improvement.
