This is my first read by Lenore Danvers and it definitely won't be my last.
From the moment Roman was introduced it was like he put me in a trance, it was definitely insta-love and I just couldn't get enough, in fact, I still want more.
More of Roman and more of the relationship that he and Aurelie have. Proving that as long as they are together, they can be unstoppable.
This book was fast paced (but not too fast, like the perfect amount of fast) and a short read which is perfect for me. The spice was spicy *fans self* and very well written.
I can't wait to read more!

A new relationship can be difficult to navigate, but add in the fact that you're different species, and things can be a little harder. Roman and Aurelie are trying to make things work, but when suspicions of past lives and romances come up, Roman needs to make a choice that will change them forever.
The story was slightly different than what I was expecting it to be. After reading the synopsis, I thought I knew everything that would happen, and I was wrong. There are some good twists that I didn't expect, and there were some unexpected plot points that really elevated the book. I loved Roman and Aurelie together, and their chemistry is pretty intense.
The story is fairly short, so you'll get a fast paced story that is full of horror elements such as blood, violence, some gore, and other elements like steam and romance. It's a great read for the Halloween season, so I highly recommend it.

“Haven’t you been taught not to look away from a predator?”
I loved this book, it’s quick paced and a quick read. I really hope there’s more on Roman and Aurelie to come.
This gave me true blood sookie and bill vibes with a twist of Jessica and was the perfect fix for a vampire romance. Romans a lethal monster with a heart. And Aurelie is a badass, that scene with Claudette back at the house was brilliant.
Oh and the spice!! Who doesn’t love a little praise and the guy admiring everything about you?
“If I let go of your wrists, will you still be my good girl?”
I highly recommend this book and can’t wait to read more by Lenore Danvers

Roman just can not stay away from Aurelie. He couldn't stay away even if he tried, so he won't.
Aurelie knows she shouldn't be around Roman but he's so persistent, she can't resist him.

What a great novella, packed full of spice. Perfect quick little spooky season read. I’m always on board to get lost in a vampire story. Fingers crossed this is just the beginning for Roman & Aurelie. A definite recommend for me. As always make sure your comfortable with what your reading. Happy Reading Book Besties💙

This is a fast paced (but not too fast) vampire novella. I love Aurielle’s wit, she’s a character that knows what she wants and doesn’t like to be messed with.
Roman knows what he wants as well, but he has this perfect, heart taking need to protect Aurielle and ensure that she is taken care of.
I definitely recommend this read, you won’t regret it!!

Omg!!! Just finished reading and it is amazing. Finished it in a day. It’s a short book but packed with enough details to keep you wanting more. Sexy vampire with spice. I wish this wasn’t a stand alone book though. I want to know more of what happens after the end.

A quick fast paced read packed with lots of sizzle that will leave you wanting more. I absolutely adored Roman & Aurelie, they have great chemistry, and I loved them together. I loved this couple and I’m hoping I haven’t seen the last of them. A really great read and one I highly recommend.

Always expect the unexpected. I love how possessive Roman is. His passion is everything. The praise kink in this makes me so happy. Currently I'm in a depressive state so I need a good escape such as this. The fast pace really kept my attention.

At first, I didn’t know what was going on but the more I read the clearer things became! It was a cute story, one that other readers will enjoy as well. It starts slow but then takes off like a hurricane!

First read from Lenore Danvers- and I am so glad I chose to pick up this book. It is everything I could ask for in a Vampire romance.. You get what you expect when it lists vampire play. I wish I could read it again for the first time.
