A quick marriage of convenience read! Jenny is struggling after divorcing her deadbeat ex. Raf has never been interested in marriage. When his father wants to give half of the family owned baseball team to his deadbeat brother (also the deadbeat ex), he hatches a marriage of convenience plan with Jenny. How will Carlos react? Will Jenny and Raf develop real feeling for each other? This was a great read! Thank you Savannah for sending it! I loved it!!!

Finding home is a marriage of convenience romance.
single mum, ex husbands brother.
Raf is the part owner of a baseball club along with his father. He offers Jenny a marriage of convenience so his father doesn't give his useless brother shares in the club. Jenny, who was treated bad by rafs brother and is struggling as a single mother with no support from her ex-husband, takes him up on the offer. This book is a quick, easy read, with light spice. I loved that Raf was worlds apart from his brother and wanted to protect Jenny and the children from the moment they met. He helped heal them and support Jenny to achieve what she had lost in her previous marriage. He really worked at building a bound with her children and stepping up where his brother had let them down.

This book got me out of a reading slump! It was quick, witty and Raf MMC is just everything you want in a book boyfriend. Perfect amount of spice and banter. I love of marriage of convenience trope and this delivered. Golden is an extremely talented Indie author and I can’t wait to see what she comes out with next.

Jenny is a single mom of two kids with a POS of an ex-husband when she meets his brother. The complete opposite of her ex-husband in every way. They agree on a fake marriage but quickly realize they get more than just an agreement.
This was such a sweet story! The writing was excellent and the little bit of spice was done perfectly!

Loved this book about Raf(sweet all around great guy) that has to find a wife to keep his jackaxx of a brother Carlos from inheriting half the shares of a baseball team. Carlos is a top shelf douchebag that cheated on his wife and abandoned her with their kids. Jenny, Carlos’s ex wife is struggling to make ends meet while providing for her kids. Raf finds out Carlos is treating his family like trash and comes up with a plan to help Jenny and himself with a marriage of convenience. This book has a great plot and great characters. Love everyone except Carlos(class A axxhole). This was an easy read that gives you all the good feels, even the spicy ones😅. I loved this and can’t wait to read more from Savanna. If you haven’t read her books, make sure you check this one out and be sure not to miss Mate Match

This was a super cute and short read. Single mom, marriage of convenience, brothers ex, fake dating.

This was such a fun read I enjoyed it! Raf was so cute and I loved how much he was a gentleman. Him bonding with the kids was adorable and I loved how he fit into the fatherly role. He’s a good man!

I recommend if you want something short and sweet.

I found this book by following Savanna Golden on TikTok! Such a cute story of love and growth and a quick read! Jenny was married to Carlos for years and they had two children together. After years of Carlos cheating on her she finally gets the courage to leave. Carlos (the retired baseball player) contributes nothing to his children’s lives & is more content with partying. Jenny is struggling big time until Rafael (Carlos estranged brother) pops into the picture. Raf may have a deal that can help Jenny and her kids! Reading Jenny find the love she deserves and watching Raf turn into such a great father figure is beautiful!

ok, not great. this is very short, took me just over an hour to read in full. the writing was very simplistic, lots of telling without showing. the time jumps of a few weeks between every few chapters felt very disjointed. we didn't get to see anybody's relationships really develop and a lot of things weren't ever really fully described or fleshed out. like... was Jenny still working her temp jobs, or did she just quit working when she got re-married? how did Jenny never think about how divorcing a 2nd time and moving her young children back to their run down apartment from a huge nice home would traumatize and confuse them? why didn't Jenny just talk to Jack about what being married to Carlos was like, and then how he didn't pay child support or alimony or even stick to his visitation rights post-divorce? the contrived marriage of convenience felt very forced. and there were a few writing choices that just baffled me, like Hux's new room was painted his favorite color... what was the color?? Raf was giving off "brunch daddy vibes".. what does that mean?? lol. again, it wasn't bad, it just needed more work before publishing in my opinion.
thank you to Goodreads for the free copy of this book

I genuinely loved this story! I am usually a reader of fantasy and all things surrounding it, however every now and then I appreciate a solid romance. Finding Home did not disappoint at all. Savanna Golden's story of two people dealing with their own personal heartache and finding solace in one another, due to a marriage of convenience of course, is a read I definitely recommend for the summer of 2024. You will experience laughter, tears, and even a bit of spice. Not only does it give the story of romance but a story of family and how deep those roots go. If you are looking for your next read this second chance romance is definitely one for your TBR!

This was cute. It was an easy and quick read. It truly flew by.

I just wish some things were better explained. Some things just felt a little.. meh. They were built up to be.. absolutely nothing

For example, does raf’s dad know that he’s marrying Carl’s ex wife and that her kids are indeed his grandkids already? It’s not explained

good but …

There should have been more on family/societal consequence on marrying one’s brother’s ex-wife. No media consequence either and no definite reaction from the father. Every other area was written properly.

Very good quick read. Never know where you’ll find love.
Some people focus on the wrong things in life. But he clearly knew who and what he wanted to focus on unlike his brother.

Karma came in clutch at the end.
