A good reminder of coaching approaches, particularly relevant for a school setting. What I loved most about this book was how it wasn’t afraid to address some of the most challenging questions, including why it can be so challenging for teachers to change their approach and sustain these changes over time.

Work in a school? You should read this! For the past two years, me and my colleagues have been talking about different coaching models and it is like Josh has been part of those conversations. It’s absolutely spot on!

What a gift to the profession! This book details how to connect the science of learning to our everyday teaching practice, and continue to get 1% better every week. Absolutely brilliant - highly recommend for any learning community.
