Finding Abigail
Abigail is shattered when her husband of 16 years suddenly wants a divorce. Being a devoted mother and wife is all she's known for so long and starting over alone is scary. She attempts to live life as a single woman, but the girl she used to be is long forgotten and she's not quite sure she will ever remember the happiness she used to know. That all changes when Zack comes into her life. He introduces her to a world she's never known. One filled with desire and passion, one where finding her old self doesn't seem like such a difficult task.
Being a marine, Zack's seen his fair share of lost and broken souls, and that's exactly what he sees when he runs into Abigail. Something about her sad green eyes calls to him and he wants nothing more than to see those sad eyes filled with happiness and passion. But Zack finds out that Abigail isn't the only one that's in need of saving and when the threat of losing his heart to Abigail becomes a possibility, he's not sure if he should take the fall or run and hide. It's a decision he might not get to make, when her ex husband threatens to take her out of the equation completely.

This is the 1st book I have read from this author. I enjoyed it. Abigail and Zack were a great couple. The book had a good mix of romance and suspense. I was drawn to the story. It kept me on the edge of seat and once I started reading it I couldn't stop. I would love to see another book from this group of characters.

For a first time author this book was very well done. I loved being kept on my toes constantly with every little twist and turn :) I can't wait to read more of this author and I hope she keeps up surprising us
