Back on Earth, they tried to imprison me. Here on Luminar, two aliens plan to breed me.
When I fled from the corrupt human government trying to hunt me down, I didn't expect to end up as the captive of two huge, muscle-bound aliens intent on assessing my suitability as a mate.
Yet here I am, bare and on display for these brutes, my bright red, thoroughly- punished ass sore inside and out and my thighs glistening with helpless arousal as they examine every inch of me.
But they're not just going to study me.
They're going to breed me.
Publisher's Note: Their Human Captive is a standalone romance. It includes spankings and rough, intense sexual scenes. If such material offends you, please don't buy this book.
Willow (h) struggles to survive in the impoverished, desolate Villages, where the lower classes of Earth seem to be ignored by those with power and resources. Her actions to save a family member’s life put her on the authority’s wanted list, and faced with the likelihood of execution, Willow escapes to planet Luminar under false pretenses that she’s a cultural ambassador. Commander Tor (H), overseeing Luminar-human relations, is suspicious of Willow, and after unearthing her identity, offers her the choice of participating in the Human Luminarian Compatibility program, run by his close friend Commander Ballard (H), or returning to Earth. Willow agrees to the testing with Ballard and Tor intent on intimately assessing her capacity for pleasure and pain through exhaustive Luminarian methods of sexual discipline and training. She struggles with the new life she finds herself in and her growing feelings for Ballard and Tor, who struggles with his own views of the growing connection he feels for Willow, a connection at odds with his views of Luminarian-human relationships. Plenty of hot and sexy that keeps building throughout the book with dominant partners, spanking and rough sex. Hot and steamy alien-human menage dark romance with plenty of rough sex and dominance, against a backdrop of cultural differences and political machinations.
I didn't hate the premise of this, but there was so much that didn't work. Why spend so much time talking about how a chair that adjusts to bodies for comfort exists but not use it during the mmf scenes to make it better? She's in a program for compatibility but other then hearing that fact and "I'm taking notes on this" you get no info about the goals of the program, the types of tests they will preform, she never goes to a lab. I get she's an n1 data set, but the ethics of this program are deeply sus. And the punishment? They present it like it's a thing in that world but you are never given any info about like, is it a culture thing? A kink thing? Women are generally subjugated? If any of those are the case you aren't told, bur you are told that 2 men often share a mate, so that is info that could have been imparted and made the story better. (I think it's just a kink thing which makes the "study" she is in with them even less ethical as they are constantly punishing her. And they don't do it on earth so they know it's not really ok maybe? She never consents really. Anyway it wasn't terrible but those are my thoughts 🔥
This story takes you on one hell of a ride. Ome woman who just wants to protect her family, fighting for survival as the cruel people on earth hunt her down.
Who knew 2 super hot hunky aliens from another beautiful planet would be her saviour and her people's.
What started out as an experiement for them, playing, teasing and punishing their human female subject, turns into something way more than they expected. Their fasination grows with every sexual experience till all 3 of them fall into a perfect rhythm and deveolop a strong bond they can not walk away from.
Filled with both desire and love, they work to make a real difference for both planets and finally become one unit. Unable to deny the love they now feel for eachother.
This was one hell of a sexy and powerful love syory.
It felt somewhat poorly written, the dialogue and plot were repetitive and the relationships between the main characters wasn’t believable for me.
For was supposed to be opposed to her but he never actually showed that except to say he was with other people when she wasn’t present. He never actually rejected or pushed her away, but he apologizes for doing both at the end? Idk. Maybe this one just wasn’t for me

Got to 50% until I just couldn’t anymore. If you like humiliation being doled out by someone in a position of complete authority over someone weaker, this is your book. I’m not into that and would prefer the summary actually say that.
I really liked it… My first book by this author but it certainly won’t be the last. I couldn’t put it down. Willow escaped a dangerous situation by going to Luminar. Things are very different there than what she’s used to. Her deception is quickly discovered and she’s taken in hand by two stern Commanders, Tor and Ballard… I received a free copy of this book. This review was posted voluntarily.
This book is asinine. But, I'm reading a sci-fi romance about two blue aliens and a human. Crazy is to be expected. The setup for "punishments" to be doled out is absolutely ridiculous, but pretty dang filthy. The good kind. The surrounding story of the FMC is intriguing enough, but I'm pulled away from it by the predictable behaviors and shallow interactions between the main characters. I almost did not want to finish, but I stayed for the sake of the filth.
This book is like one long dubious consent scene after another. I mean, at some point they obtain consent but they've forced her to say and do so much at that point it feels icky... like light Stockholm syndrome. It was hot if you're into that type of thing, for sure. Also the alien 🍆 was top notch.
I enjoyed this story about disparate cultures and how fate brought these three lovers together. Sci-Fi Romance mixed with quite frankly a heavy dose of eratic MSBD, that it was a very spicy read. There was just one thing I would like to point out to the author. You kept using the word I Think Responsive when it should have been Repetitive. I kept having to change the word every time it happened, and it happened several times. Because I had to block it out, now I am not sure the misused word was responsive, but they were both R words. Needs to be corrected, so I gave it only 4 stars.
I was here for the spice—and it was HOT—but the way the two men spoke to each other in these scenes took me out of the moment. Their dialogue felt overly formal and scripted, like they were in a polite business meeting rather than an intimate encounter. I get that they're alien, but people just don't talk to each other like that, and they didn’t anywhere else in the book. There were a few things that made no sense and stuff that was mentioned but never addressed. The ending was slow and a bit anticlimactic. But if you want spice, this has it.
Boring and mediocre at best. I do not know how this has a four star rating. The only reason I even gave it a three star was the spicy scenes, those of which were still mild in my honest opinion. The storyline was good but there was no conflict, no climax, no nothing to make me say yeeeaaah this is a great story so boring honestly.
Also why the hell is this book Called THEIR HUMAN CAPTIVE. TF they did not even capture the ho. Smdh this book is dumb as hell.
This was one of the BEST stories I've ever read 😄. I truly Loved the storyline, the intrigue, the disparate people (I actually cried), and all the fantastic characters 😊. Thanks so much Maria, you are an amazing author and I look forward to reading more written by you 🤓.
Very enjoyable and fairly well written. No typos which was really nice.
I'm going to complain about the ending. I really expected the mating show to have more of an impact. Such as 99 girls come out one by one all beautiful and smart. The boys begin to despair and then realize that Willow is the only one for them. The 100th girl appears and it's Willow.
The world was interesting and I was glad to see there was a HEA. I did get nervous towards the end thinking it wouldn’t wrap things up but it did. There were editing errors but I was able to still stay into the story. It felt more focused on the… relationship… aspect than the actual story but I did finish it quickly.
This is actually the first Alien/Human themed book I have read, now I will be looking for more. I enjoyed this book and appreciate the fact that it was edited and spell checked.
The writing was wonderful and the story was easy to follow. The connection between the main characters wasn't really felt. It lacked emotion and romance. And the sex was way to clinical. You did an HEA at the end though.
I absolutely loved this story and the world the author created. Honestly, if it had been edited it would have been a 5 star. I was even disappointed it wasn’t a series.
A super sexy read....first time reading this author and was happy I did....Two strong alpha lords has to deal with an annoying human...lots of fun...a must read.
I was looking forward to a good alien story with lots of smut. This worked. Simple story not a huge amount of world building, but I wasn’t looking for that in this book.
A good story filled with anticipation. Alpha, dominant alien males in control of one beautiful human woman. Lots of spanking and explicit sex. Happy ever after ending.
