It is the perfect mafia romance that makes me nostalgic somehow

It's my official read of the book, I have read it the 1st time online- Can't remember how I discovered it but I have been waiting for it to be released officially for about a year.
This book is an all-time fav even though the plot isn't something EXTRAORDINARY, however, what made it that unique and loveable are the characters, the interaction between them, the various presented relationships, and the plot that just made the characters and the story develop into something more mature and impactful. I became obsessed with it.
The characters had playfulness at times and when needed they were serious
The MMC and FMC are so well matched and the chemistry between them, they were serious when it was needed but their relationship had a playfulness and easiness to it that it was so wonderful and relaxing to read, with no over-the-top drama, just two people obsessed with each other✨️👌
Highly recommended for a relaxed mafia romance read!

I love this book! It‘s the first book I‘ve read a second time and I still loved it! Mariam El-Hafi is such an underrated and unknown Author and deserves more hype! I cried and laughed so hard and love all characters!
Grumpy Mafia Boss: 10/10
Badass FMC: 9/10
Comedy: 12/10
Smut: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ (too much for my taste)
Drama: ♾️/10 i loved every part of it!
Violence: 10/10

The first 20 chapters were catchy and intriguing. I love how Damiano & Althaia met, their story was definitely appealing. Some of the dialogues were amusing, made me chuckle. But after 20 chapters the book was just alright.
There was a lot of ‘telling’ and no ‘showing’.
If you’re into mafia romance with some suspense. This is for you.

Everything was amazing from the characters to the mouth watering sex. The violent conflict keeps you on edge too. I have never wanted to be the female role so badly in my life haha. I want to read this again because I can’t get enough of it. Please make another series, wether it’s the same story or a whole new one!

Le doy 4 ⭐️ y media. Me gustó leer esta historia, es bastante larga, pero muy entretenida. Me reí mucho con estos personajes. También lloré, como no.
