老高真正长处并不在于对某个具体菜系的精研，而在于对普天下各式各样饮食的宽和，以及长期身处一线现场为美食文化浸润已久所自然拓展出来的广度，最终融为了邻家大叔式的渊博，见地得当，也平易近人。
