I finished the entire story in 2024. The main story is 116 chapters. There are a large number of twists and unexpected turns in the plot. Some reviewers think that there is a suspect relationship between the Grand Duke and Mint, but that never happens. Their relationship grows into a very loving parent/child relationship.
SUMMARY: Mint, who has been struggling and abused in an orphanage, is suddenly made a ward of the Grand Duke of Elkedonia, who comes to support her training. One day, when she has been studying non-stop for two months and doing her best to become a lady worthy of her new family, she is introduced to Asela as a friend by her tutor, but Asela openly insults Mint, ignoring her as a commoner, and Mint, thinking of Julius' reputation, laughs without getting angry and moves on from the situation. A few days later, Mint is invited to Asela's mansion and is in danger by Asela while traveling by carriage. Even when she is about to die, Mint musters up the courage to face death as a little lady! Will Mint survive unscathed?

this made me so mad bc i was rlly hoping she would get with her knight that she grew up with and i thought her and yulius (?) we’re such a cute father daughter duo UNTIL the time skip and he was acting sus… then i saw people saying online that he is the future ml so i stopped reading the rest of it. the art is so gorgeous and i really loved the story up until the time skip. i was going to see if i could push through and ignore it to see if he actually ends up being the ml but i just couldn’t 😭

You do not know how much i hate this series.
IT HAS A FREAKING INCEST GROOMING PLOTLINE.
She has a lot of love interests, most of which (2ish) are her age
The 2 others are
HER FATHER AND THE OERSON WHO TOOK HER IN WHEN SHE WAS YOUNGER
THEY ARE BOTH 7+ YEARS OLDER
ONE OF THEM KISSES HER ON HER BIRTHDAY WHEN SHES AN ADULT
THE OTHER ONE THINKS THAT THE ONE WHO KISSED HER IS CREEPY (this one is her father btw) BUT THEN DECIDES TO IMPREGNATE HER IN THE LATER CHAPTERS OF THE SERIES

Finished reading the manhwa. As much as I love the ending bcs I know their feelings towards one another, I am also slightly disappointed bcs their relationship isnt shown. I understand tho, perhaps due to the issues raised among the readers
