It genuinely felt like my own daughter wrote this for me. SO much of what Winters says to her parent is what I have heard from my child. This was a gift for me from my daughter, but before presenting it to me she took the time to write something beneath every single poem. I read one poem per day for 100 days and every day was a little better because of it.
