This is far more than an ordinary book of ghost it's a full-featured guidebook that will take you to some of DeLand's most haunted hotspots. From the echoing corridors of old Victorian mansions to the eerie calm of historic graveyards, you'll visit a wide range of storied sites, many untouched by time.

What's more, you'll see DeLand through the eyes of its eternal inhabitants—the spectral residents who lived here, died, here, and still linger in the shadows. You'll learn about their passions and their tragedies, and you'll understand why so many unsettled spirits still call this town home.

Gently Haunted offers more than just tales the strange and mysterious. It's an invitation to explore, armed with an insider’s map to places where you can feel the chill, hear the whispers, and maybe, if you're lucky, meet a friendly ghost or two.
