At one point in my life and recovery I read everything I possibly could about healing — meditation, hands-on, therapeutic touch. This book has many practical and comforting approaches. I continue to use some of the basics in my new path as an altar minister and lay eucharistic minister in the Episcopal Church. People who are in pain or who are dying want comfort. What a gift to be fully present.
