Crap Ghosts

Rate this book
Throughout history, few civilizations have sufficiently prepared their deceased for the afterlife. In this collection of humorous short fiction, mankind faces the dreadful consequences.

A notorious grand vizier returns in the form of a soft furnishing. Wartime romance leads to an eerie cuppa in the present day.

Undead fingers reach for the controls of a doomed aircraft. A TV crew finds more than they bargained for in Fife's most haunted hotel. And an all-too-solid phantom forecasts the worst Scottish railway disaster in a hundred years.

Plus twelve more stories of substandard spooks and inadequate apparitions. This ethereal edition includes the long-lost story “Horn From Beyond”.

“Crap Ghosts is one of the most concentrated jolts of reading pleasure you’re likely to come across in this or any other life.” —Ken MacLeod.

Becoming a ghost does not mean that you will be flawless!!! Maybe you won't speak the right language, perhaps you will be late for work, or maybe you are just a creepy guy taking advantage of a broken lock.
Oh, no! It is the 12th of November; I was supposed to write this review on the 13th! Oh, well, as long as I do not take a train tomorrow, I should be fine!!!
