So good omg. Best way to end the series honestly. The amount of stress I read reading this book was actually insane like one minute everything turning out fine then the next boom something bad happens. When they killed off the last of the priestesses and there was still like ten chapters left I physically got so damn nervous cause I wasn’t sure what could go wrong and then to find out Verla was behind almost everything absolutely broke me. And then to make it even better getting the whole coven to see their families and friends in Alora completely wrecked me I was a total mess from just crying it was crazy. So so good. Seriously.

The Witch’s Fate (Hidden Legends: College of Witchcraft Book 6) ~~ This finale was everything I needed and more. Powerful. Emotional. Heart-pounding. Watching Nadine and Lucas finally face destiny head-on, united instead of divided? Absolutely unforgettable. Every character arc pays off. Every sacrifice matters. Every moment between them feels earned.

The final showdown had my heart in my throat, and I was terrified turning every page. The courage, the heartbreak, the triumph I cried, I yelled, I sat in silence staring at nothing once it was over. That’s when you know a series is special.

And yes Nadine and Lucas deserve the world.

I would definitely recommend this book and series and can’t wait to start on the next book. If you want to know what happens next, you’ll just have to read this series yourself ~ v,,you won’t regret it.

Last book of this specific series within the hidden legends stories.

The battle for the Miriamic Coven is drawing to a close! Action, heartbreak, love and twists! Had me sobbing at some parts.

Throughout this series, a light has been shown on health issues, whether they be mental health issues like depression and anxiety or physical health issues like lupus and diabetes. This book sometimes went a bit heavier than other books about the inner workings of what goes through their head in regard to dealing with these issues and the lives round them.

Overall, not bad. It was a good resolution to the story, but a bit predictable. I called the main "villain" from about halfway through book 1, and I appreciated the final resolution of the storylines, if it did seem a bit "rose colored glasses" for Alorah to overlay Octavia Falls. Verla's ending was mildly annoying, but I suppose it was very in line for the rest of the story.

I don't think I will read anymore of the world, though, the first two were so formulaic it removed the joy from the second series.

Oh how I'm obsessed with detailed supernatural world building and magic systems. I've given books along this series lower ratings (sorry, but also not sorry). But holistically, this series has been my everything for over a year!

Amazing plot development. I guessed at the final villain earlier in the series but I'm glad the author did a great job of subverting suspicion. Loved the dialectic conversations about mental health, trauma, community activism and development, etc.

Immediately picked up the sequel series, The Villain Institute, and I'm already hooked 3 chapters in 🙂‍↕️

What a great ending to this series! The twists and turns and the ups and downs of emotions this book brought was amazing.
I cannot wait to finished this universe with The Prison for Supernatural Offenders. If it is anything like the previous 3 series, I’m going to devour them all and need the occasional tissue for the tears.

I enjoyed this book but there were a lot of unexpected plot twists and as in the previous books, a high drama aspect. All in all I enjoyed the book and the whole series as well. 5 stars.
