Working in projects, it’s #AllChange!: Volume One: The first hundred
In these comic strips we have attempted to capture and play back project situations that appear ridiculous (and in many cases are ridiculous) but that actually happen, more often than they should.
Many of the scenarios depicted herein are real examples from our own experience. These examples may or not have appeared on the risk log, but they certainly made an appearance on the issue log!
Others are real scenarios, but exaggerated or otherwise adapted to make them funnier or to make a point.
With these strips. we seek not to apportion blame or upset people, merely to raise a knowing and jaded smirk from those who recognise a project problem...
We also seek to think about why crazy stuff happens, and where possible, to provide some solutions.
If this book makes you laugh and makes you think, then it’s done its job.

Well it's funny you should say that Sam Graham and Chris Fenning, because we’ve only gone and done it! Which just goes to show that you should be careful what you wish for. Still, you’ve only got yourselves to blame, as you (quite literally) asked for it..!
