Stop tying yourself in knots while Googling ‘Am I an alcoholic?’ or ‘Do I have a drink problem?’
Let this book show you how to flip this around and find out how much better your life can be with less alcohol in it.
Part memoir, part self-help, this is not just a story about alcohol dependence or a book preaching that abstinence is the only way. This is about taking control of your drinking and the amazing life that awaits you on the other side.
Patrick Ruddy is the author of 99% Sober, where he brings a practical and down to earth approach to tackling alcohol dependence and problem drinking. Having spent over a decade trying to change his own relationship with alcohol through moderation or 100% abstinence, he finally broke free using the 99% Sober approach.
He now helps his readers improve their own health, wealth and happiness by taking control of their drinking.
By combining personal experience, evidenced based science and contributions from expert sources, Patrick provides self-help advice for anyone who wants to reduce their alcohol intake or eliminate it completely in a relatable and engaging way.
An interesting read and an interesting approach for those not wanting to give up alcohol completely but to be ‘dry by default’. Engaging and informative.
