Wallace West and Avery Ho are proud members of the Fastest Family Alive, and also, sometimes, they want to slow down and relax! Fortunately, there’s a hot new app called Symphonee, bringing friends and fam together with the hottest sounds of the underground. Unfortunately, it’s being brought to them by a conglomerate of Flash foes, including the Fiddler, Music Meister, and the Mad Mod. Have these old dogs learned some new tricks, or have they quit and gone legit with the freshest beats around? Because everyone’s got music fever!Composed by Jarrett Williams ( Beast World Central City, Rick and Morty) and Daniele Di Niculo (Nightwing, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers), Speed Force pits Wallace and Avery against fame, influencers, and mind controllers in the race of their lives. Will they be able to draw the curtain on Symphonee’s schemes, or is this run their swan song? Collects Speed Force #1-6.

Genuinely one of the worst things I've ever read, has insane levels of how do you do kids energy with half the chapters being named stuff like "DLC pack berserker mode" for no fucking reason. 40% of the dialogue is truly awful rap lyrics which never would of worked, which is a surprise the author didn't instantly realise this with their love of hip-hop. People complain about the Spurrier flash being disjointed and incomprehensible but that is done by design, whereas I don't think anyone would clearly summarise this story in a remotely clear way. Lil B deserves better than this...
I loooooooooooooove some Flash family stories, but this feels like a fill-in...
Wallace West (Kid Flash) and Avery Ho (The Flash of China) try and unwind..."as all kids do". Playing video games with ex-Young Justice members and former Teen Titans/Academy, they make sure that Superboy gets his butt kicked by the two speedsters.
Eventually, shenangians happen and we find out that ex-Flash Rogues joined a pyramid scheme and built an EVIL Spotify-like app, named 'Symphonee'. They have plans to make the app global and enrapture the teen superhero community in their tech.
Blandness ensues...
---- They try. Lord, they try. They get points for trying to reestablish two characters that are pretty frequently used, but it's really rough. Arguably, most of the Teen Titans Academy is more interesting than whatever these two speedsters are up to.
==== Bonus: Avery Ho is THE MOST BORING speedster. Prove me wrong?
