The book doesn't seem to flow or read very easily, at times' it's difficult to follow who they are talking about, dates that events happened. Indeed, it's hard to verify whether some of the stories in the book actually happened at all. For example, there is one story that the OG Jones could do a one-arm chin-up with three fingers whilst holding George Abraham under his other arm three times. Nevertheless the book has an amusing tone to it, which makes for an entertaining read. The book is focused on North Wales (not sure if any spots in South Wales are mentioned actually), and in particular spends a lot of time concentrating on certain parts of North Wales such as Gogarth and Tremadog, so it is a little bit unbalanced.
