Rate this book
What are you 'Weighting' for? Weight loss information which the Author amassed whilst writing her thesis for her advanced Nutritional Medicine diploma in morbid obesity. She also spent five years studying two small groups of participants. The criteria for these participants was that they were around twice the weight of the accepted ‘norm’. Along the way the Author has been able to help others lose weight and indeed has lost 10 stones herself. From the AuthorThe title of this e book came about because at times in my life I was waiting until I lost weight to do whatever, in the end I did it anyway as life can too easily slip by while you wait. I had been waiting yet again until I'd lost all my excess weight before I joined a local gym and I realised that I had put my life on hold. So I just got out there and did whatever I wanted and did not care a jot what people thought of my size. From that moment my thinking changed and I realised it was how I thought of myself that mattered. There is a great saying ‘What people think of you is none of your business’ how true, who are they to judge anyone but themselves anyway? So It was high time to offer what I knew about health, fitness, psychology and weight loss to all those who were interestedAbout the AuthorElizabeth has a great love of books, reading and studying, she produces non-fiction personal growth e books with nineteen so far on offer here.
