🧡 The Heroine – Kerry
Kerry’s childhood, shaped by a single mother who frequently took her camping and hunting along the Appalachian Trail, instilled in her an impressive survival skill set. Her mother’s lessons in self-reliance, navigation, and wilderness living prove unexpectedly vital when Kerry’s life takes a drastic turn. While hiking alone, she is abducted by robotic enforcers (“robocops”) and transported to an alien spaceship. Soon after, she is jettisoned in an escape pod and crash-lands on an unfamiliar alien world.
💪 The Hero – Nevarn
Nevarn is a Zuldrux warrior living in exile after being falsely accused of murdering his mate—a crime orchestrated by an unknown adversary. His leadership of a group of fellow exiles reflects both his resilience and his tactical acumen. While returning to confront his birth clan and seek justice, Nevarn is ambushed and seriously injured. He ultimately stumbles into Kerry’s makeshift camp, where the two worlds—and two wounded lives—collide.

Kerry is one of the human women, taken by robo-cops and delivered to Zuldrux. And she’s incredible! Kerry is resilient, resourceful and knows how to survive. Even more, she’s incredibly understanding, caring and kind. And I adored her fierceness and strength! Kerry is a wonderful woman and I loved her so, so much!
And Nevarn is one absolutely spectacular male! From all the Zuldrux warriors we’ve met so far, he’s definitely my favorite one! Nevarn is charming, strong, fiercely protective, honorable, considerate, patient and absolutely irresistible. He might think he’s lacking in some areas, but for me he was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t help but adore every single thing about this gorgeous male!
I absolutely loved everything that happened between Kerry and Nevarn! Kerry’s been on her own for days on Zuldrux when injured Nevarn stumbles upon her camp. After she nurses him back to health, they embark on a journey back to his former clan to uncover the truth that led to his banishment and prove Nevarn’s innocence. I absolutely adore those two together! Their chemistry was spectacular from the very beginning and their banters were an absolute delight to read. Even more, I loved how supportive and understanding they were of each other. Kerry and Nevarn might be from different worlds and, yet, they fit so well together. And as much as Kerry tried to resist the fierce Zuldrux warriors, the more time they spent together, the more she saw that Nevarn was the one person she’s been looking for all her life. Nevarn also showed her, time and time again, that they were truly meant to be. And when they couldn’t resist the undeniable attraction and need, the passionate moments they shared were amazing! Kerry and Nevarn were truly a perfect match and, after everything both went through in their pasts, they more than deserved to find happiness and love together!
In addition, the storyline was fantastic! Not only do we get to embark on another adventure through Zuldrux, but we also get to visit the Dastalon clan who live on islands floating above the ocean. And the mystery surrounding the loss of Nevarn’s first mate kept me glued to the pages till the very end.
Overall, the story is another marvellous addition to the series! It’s filled with action, adventure, suspense, danger, drama, twists, humor, smoking-hot romance and incredible characters.

This was such a great improvement from book two! This really felt more like the Ava Ross romance I've come to expect. It was easy light reading, quick but didn't feel rushed, and just an overall fun alien romance! This is something you can sit back and enjoy on a free day when you're looking for something that you can finish within the day.
It had a fun little "road trip" adventure to start us off, but more so a "surviving in the woods" meet-cute.
Fated mates is always fun and I really enjoy it in my alien romances. I liked that our heroine Kerry wasn't completely standoff-ish for long and is quick to acknowledge things with Narven. There's some cute cocky banter at first, then alot of growth as we see their insecurities and how they overcome them just by loving each other.
A little side drama and danger to top it off and it's a really enjoyable read!

This was such a great improvement from book two! This really felt more like the Ava Ross romance I've come to expect. It was easy light reading, quick but didn't feel rushed, and just an overall fun alien romance! This is something you can sit back and enjoy on a free day when you're looking for something that you can finish within the day.
It had a fun little "road trip" adventure to start us off, but more so a "surviving in the woods" meet-cute.
Fated mates is always fun and I really enjoy it in my alien romances. I liked that our heroine Kerry wasn't completely standoff-ish for long and is quick to acknowledge things with Narven. There's some cute cocky banter at first, then alot of growth as we see their insecurities and how they overcome them just by loving each other.
A little side drama and danger to top it off and it's a really enjoyable read!

I loved the relationship that developed between this wounded alien Nevarn and the abducted human Kerry! Thanks to her upbringing, Kerry was surviving well when she found herself abandoned in the woods on an alien planet. Survival skills were all that was keeping her alive! When a wounded alien warrior stumbles into her campsite, she field-dresses his wounds and allows him to remain despite her reservations. Her secret wishes for someone to love her seem to be her reality now and as the two travel to clear his name of a crime he didn't commit, they only grow closer. It takes betrayal and danger to Kerry for them to realize how much they mean to each other. It was a sweet, sexy, romantic story with action and a weird little alien pet and I loved it! This is book three in the Brides of the Zuldrux Warriors series, and I have to say that Navarn is, without a doubt, my favorite to date. The trials and tribulations of a warrior seldom lead to the travasties that Navarn has had to endure.
This story is enticing and captivating, but most of all, it's a beautiful love story. Finding your soul mate, the one that loves you unconditionally. They have your back, and who will fight beside you. Protect your honor until justice is served. Wow.

Ava Ross has another great saga in book three of the Brides of the Zuldrux Warriors, Claimed by the Alien Barbarian. Kerry is a human woman abducted by earth’s robot-cops and delivered to Zuldrux. Raised by her survivalist/spy mom, she survives the jungle on her own for a week before a big blue male named Nevarn shows up nearly dead from an attack by an enemy. After fixing him up, they go to his original land where he’d been accused of his wife’s murder. The new places on this planet are amazing, including floating land above the purple sea!

This series is a bit of stretch of human imagination. Especially the rock food.
I liked most of it. Did not believe/buy his childhood or conviction, or his first mate tale.
One, his grandfather knew of the plague and lack of kids so ecen if he did not treasure him others would have. Two, he mentioned his (spoiler) wife and he were planning on parting. So no need for future drama that was revealed. Third, i was upset with adrupt ending. Wanted reunion to be longer and for her to tour new home.

Claimed By The Alien Barbarian is the third book in the Brides of Zuldrux Series. This was a cute engaging suspenseful steamy fast paced fated mates alien romance. I was captivated by both Navarn’s emotional story and Kerry’s strong character. I can't wait to read the next book in the series to find out what happens to the other kidnapped Earth women who also crash landed on this alien planet. Highly recommend this book and series.

Kerry is one of the women that was abducted by robo cops and was left on the planet. Thank goodness her mom taught her so much about survival. But then Nevarn finds her camp. Badly wounded, she takes care of him and they connect.
I love a strong FMC and a blue, strong, loving MMC is a perfect match. Fated mates, my favorite trope. An amazing story set in a world of danger, great description of locations, action and steam.

I really wanted to like this
I’m a sucker for fated mate romances and I really wanted to like it. However it seemed rushed. I found myself feeling like I’d missed a part of the story. I understand quick timelines but it seemed like we went from being unsure and not wanting to be mated so being in love in a matter of hours.
The sexy time scene were disjointed and just stopped abruptly. It was all very confusing. Won’t be reading any more of the series

Book Three of the Brides of Zuldrux Warriors explodes off the pages into a wonderful who done it! The romance is hot…but the mystery of who killed Weela made this book. I love how creative Ava Ross is. You can pick up one of her books and know you will be satisfied with well developed characters and a solid plot. Excellent read. Download and enjoy.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Claimed by the Alien Barbarian by Ava Ross is the third story in her Brides of the Zuldrux Warriors series. It is a steamy SciFi romance with a HEA, filled with action, adventure and with one of the most wonderful heroes! Both Navarn and Kerry were terrific characters, filled with depth and strength. As usual, the world building in this book was amazing – no one does it quite like Ava!!!

This was another engaging addition to the series and I really liked Navarn and Kerry together. He has an emotional past and Kerry was such a strong gal. Expect a well paced romance filled with action, adventure, mystery, suspense, danger, drama, twists, humour and hot romance when you dive into this one. I'm looking forward to the next book to see who gets their wonderful HEA. Good fun!

Another fantastic read by Ava Ross. I love how the female lead - Kerry - is such a capable woman having been taught by her very strong mother how to survive in the wilderness. The world that Ava has built is fantastic and the males are yummy. GREAT READ!!!!

So the whole time I read this book, I know I was supposed to be like paying attention to the love story and stuff and that was all amazing, but all I could think about was Who killed Weela!?! And that part of the story did not disappoint. 5 stars :)

Nice SFR story
Sweet and loving with a little murder mystery added in. I was actually surprised at who killed Weela. Kerry was a very cool woman and it was nice to see she could take care of herself. Loved this book I the series.

Nevarn and Kerry. It's great! I've loved all of the Zuldrux warriors and Nevarn is is so in my list! We got romance, aliens, mistery and murderers! Amazing! Who killer Weela? Thats the question and Kerry Will figth everybody to find who framed Nevarn. Things start with Kerry finding a dying Nevarn and helping him to helping him find his ex's murderers. Along the way things Change between them. Also super cute pet Alert!

Kerry and Nevarn ❤️! Nevarn is so sweet! He's been banished from his clan for a crime he didn't commit. When his banishment period is over he decides to go back to his old clan to clear his name only someone wants to prevent that from happening. He's attacked and badly wounded. He stumbles into Kerry's camp and collapses at her feet. Kerry is no wilting violet. She's been trained since an early age in survival, skills she's needed since being abducted and dropped on this alien planet. As they travel to his old clan they come to know each other...I'm really not do this wonderful cozy mystery/ sci-fi romance justice! It is so good, with wonderful characters and a great storyline. It has plenty of action and romance. I want to go to Zuldrux with its purple trees and ocean. I love this series.
