Whew!! That was one of the best grumpy powerful touch her and d!e books I've read in a long time!! You have rival 'gangs' and a woman stuck on the wrong side. Calliope has to decide where she fits in best and who she wants to be with. This Rollercoaster is spicy and action packed!

This book grabbed my attention from the start and I was glued in until the very end. It has so many twists some you may see coming at you and others that will take you by surprise. The characters are intense as well as fierce when it comes to each other, especially Xander. He was one that would take nothing off anyone but when it came to Cali there was about her that intrigued him making him over the top possessive and protective. I don’t want to give anything away but I loved this story and Xander.

Firstly I didn't read the 1st book before I read this and I was fine with understanding the story; although there is some mention of a few past this I'm assuming may be in the 1st
book so you its up to you how you handle that

Now about this AMAZING story if you love gang wars, found family, hot spicy spice, a badass FFM that works as a coroner and is owned by 1 gang but falls for 1 of the leaders of the rival gang, A Sexy Broody I don't believe in love MMC but whats this feeling, and some HOTT banter between the two this is definitely a book for you

Nope, didn't read the first book, but I still managed to keep up with the story. There are some nods to past events that I'm assuming are from the first book, but that's up to you to decide how to handle it. Moving on to this fantastic story - if you're into gang wars, found family, a healthy dose of romance, a tough-as-nails FFM coroner who's caught between two gangs, and some seriously steamy tension between the leads, then this book is for you.

WOW! What a ride! This book sure sends you on a rollercoaster! I didn't want to get off of it. Once I started reading about Calliope and Xander, I was on the edge of my seat. The "don't touch her" vibe is HOT! I highly recommend reading this book.

This is an entertaining, dark romance that holds your attention captive from the beginning to the end. The storyline is intriguing and dramatic as the mysterious elements unfold. The characters are well written with depth to the personalities and Strong magnetic chemistry between them. I enjoyed this book.

I loved X's story so much! I really didn't see that coming with Cali though! My heart broke for that girl and X was there to put it back together ❤️
If you like touch her and 💀 go ahead and jump on in cause these spectators are all about it 🥵
I've enjoyed Barbed wire Hearts so far, I can't wait for the next!!

3.5 Audio-Probably would have liked it more if I had read it instead of listened to it as it was narrated by virtual voice. Their nicknames for each other were also dumb and annoying=Sparky and Crash. Not terribly sexy or cute...lol

Calliope and Xander have a touch her and become unalived vibes throughout their story. There were ups and downs that made for a rollercoaster of a ride. This was an engrossing read.

I read both books and the prequel and really enjoyed this series. The OTT men, feisty women, dark side of gang life, spice, love, and lean prose. I will definitely read more by this author.
