If I've said it once I've said it at least 100 times ... Lucian Bane is a master storyteller extraordinaire. Sweet Mother, Shank just brought another level of intensity to an already emotionally charged storyline. There's no way I can give you any type of synopsis without giving something away but, I will say this ... the heat is on and its bringing more than just Bishop brides.

Masterfully written
This series is turning into the most epic of all tales! I was moved in so many ways and am in awe of the storytelling ability of Lucian Bane! This book is mind blowing in the powerful messages weaved and told in a way that is pure entertainment…this story has all the parts that make a story great, fantastic characters, spice, suspense, twists, turns, emotional filled moments, strong messages about love, life, trust, and faith!! I can’t wait to see what is next

Yes!...Omg!.It's amazing!
This series just gets more and more intense! Each book leads to the next and I travel deeper and deeper into this intriguing beautiful world within the deep Swamps of Louisiana. Lucian Bane has created a place where each experience is connected with the next and on and on...I feel each character come alive and each couple find their way to each other by a divine calling. Now, there are others that the twelve are connected with. Hence the Kings..in this book I really am getting to understand them and the women they are falling in love with and " marrying ". Rukem and Darby throughout this book had me laughing so much...and Shank and Sophie took my heart. Shank found his Angel in Sophie! Now the Brotherhood of Seer and the Syphon King has grown. Lucian leaves us with the best cliffhanger! I was yelling Yes Yes what just happened but I love it! Its wild my friends. This is book 15 and I am amazed I am as hooked still just like I was hooked on the first one. Read these in order or you'll be lost but they're real page turners so don't get overwhelmed if you haven't started yet. Just delve in because this series will transport you into an amazing world in the most mysterious of places, The Bayou's of Louisiana!.. You cannot go wrong reading these books! Oh did I say steaming hot scenes! Sizzling I mean catch my Kindle on fire hot! 😋😋😋 Enjoy!

This was so worth the wait.
The whole Bayou is jumping with action. Plans are being drawn, computer tech genius 8-Bit has found the way to connect them to all the information they'll need for the big Darkness that's coming. Successful matches are made. A New powerful partnership is formed, and a newly joined family are getting closer. Prophecies are being unraveled, and a new woman is introduced who could be very important to this for telling of bad things to come. Thank you Mr. Bane for once again delivering a extremely satisfying read. Looking forward to the Syphon King's book.

Intense
The story is painted in both bright colors or dark red and black depending on the energies it is conveying. I just finished so black and red are predominate. How can I not love this story since I am in it. What a thrill and honor. There is so much going on that I need a legend to keep up with the number of characters. All the men have two names and now there are two groups working together to better the lives of the Bayou Hatches. I have to read it again and study it this time. God, I love this series.

How can this series just keep getting better?
My heart was racing, and I fell off the cliff!!! I was so not ready for this book to end! I love this series and can't wait for the next book! I've been lost in the bayou from the first book! These men are what all men should strive to be. Hot, loyal, sexy and loving! The story is told so masterfully well! Love this author and all of his books, but the Bayou Bishops are my very favorite!

Just keeps getting better!
And the mighty just keep falling! Ace and Sophie, Rukem and Darby, Vex and Joe? I do believe he will be the next to surrender to fate.
Maggie proved to be invaluable reading the Kings, showing each with a coin. How soon they will appear is yet to be seen. What they portend is also yet to be seen. But everyone is convinced it’s not going to be good.
I can hardly wait for the next book to be released!

Lucian Bane has risen in the ranks of my favorite authors. What started as a whim, to branch out and see if a male author could hold my attention in the lust filled MC of world romances I frequently read. I'm here to tell you he has unequivocally past all my expectations. He now ranks as a tie for first place, along with Giulia Lagomarsion. The Bayou Bishops are a must read.

OMG!!! The more I read the more engrossed I became in gaining a better understanding of each couple’s dynamic relationship. The new relationships being formed in this book are very interesting. More and more questions arose the more I read. I had a very hard time putting this book down because it was so well written. It is killing me that I have to wait until the next book is finished.

There was more of this book revolving around the Twelve Creole Kings than the Twelve Swamp/Bishop Kings which disappointed me. However I did enjoy Rukem denying/fighting against his depravity.
Sigh... I just realized that there are two more books available at the moment and it appears that LB is planning on at least 22 books in this series. Ugh.
Please get back on track with our Swamp Alphas.

Oh, how the mighty fall. Rukem and Darby, Ace and Sophie. And now we're going to have Vex and Joe, I hope. Also, I can't wait to see Kaj get everything on the list. If you don't understand that, read the book. I wonder if Kodak falls as fast as the other Kings. What is going on with Rukem? Has he gained something from Darby, or did he always have it and being with Darby let it out? Will anyone else experience this? Oh, these cliffhangers are killing me.

Books in the series are getting more and more intense as we go along. I’m excited to read each one, but at the end of each book I’m almost in a panic and do state because I don’t know what’s gonna happen next. Such an incredible and gifted author And I’m so glad that they wrote these books and I’m getting to enjoy them.

Mr. Bane never disappoints!!
I got hooked long ago just from The Twelve, the wives and families, but this new element of The Kings has been amazing! The marriage of the two has been completely seamless while very exciting!! I can't wait for the next story!
