Brooke and East had quite the connection, yet never really acted on it. So it was interesting to see them meeting up on this op in the way that they did. Brooke sure blew East's mind with how she ended up where she did, doing what she was. It was a bit rocky for them, didn't help that others, even Brooke's dad chimed in, while the two were sorting things out and working the op.
I loved East's part in this one, loved how with each interaction he kept undermining Sutton, right to his face and there was nothing that he could do, Sutton needed East's skills. It was great to see them get all the hostages to safety and you knew those kids would end up at Belle Fleur and be assimilated into the families. It was nice to see and will be interesting to see what they do to help.

Great!
I chose this rating because this was actually a really great book. I really enjoyed pretty much all of the characters, well there was a few that I did not care for. This was a book of protection, compassion, kindness, intelligence, believing in yourself and your partner, and also falling in love. I really enjoyed Eastman and Brooke story. I think the author didn't amazing job putting these characters together. Their story was amazing because they were able to work together bringing down the bad guy. I really enjoyed this book. I recommend this book to all romance readers.

Evil is just plain stupid
Brook and East loved each other since childhood. When East is on assignment they meet up in an unsuspecting place. With the help of their family VG again takes care of the bad guys. I've said this before Mary Kennedy keeps this series fresh with each book.🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡

Another great installment!
I really enjoy these books. The world that Mary Kennedy has created is just awesome. I love how Belle Fluer is such a wonderful place. That these talented people have come together to share their strengths and love to help and save others. Just great!!!

LOVED IT!
It has been a minute since I read one of Ms Mary's incredible stories, in this huge village! I had to slow down cause I was reading as fast as she was writing them😘 Now I'm all pumped up again can't wait for the next book!

Heroine
This book may be titled East but I think Brooke was the heroine and main character in the story. Mary Kennedy does not disappoint with these stories.

Great book
This is another action packed book. This author knows how to keep you on your toes. Every adventure is different from the others. I highly recommend this series.
