Well I'm not too sure simple is a good way to explain this book, as there is a lot of waffle in this book!
It's also pretty clear this is a book from someone who hasn't practised the art.
Yet it is a decent summary of other books.
Wouldn't recommend it to a beginner, but maybe for someone who can get out and looking for the potential of what to do in the astral realm.
If nothing else it's good to keep your drive for projecting going or just some light reading inspiration.

What is this book exactly? is this a book that is intended to teach others how to astral project? or is this a book written in the form of a memoir of the author's experiences in mysticism? I believe it is the latter of the two. This book does not flow at all in it's chapters, the sentence structure is awful and the subjects are blurred and confusing. Not a book I'd recommend.
