Fabulous sequel. It’s great to see Esteban thrive and navigate the politics and power within the church and world despite his cluelessness. I’m looking forward to seeing where he ends up in the next book, if all the social strife he has seen influences his actions, and leaning the influence Aja has on the rest of his priesthood.

The story starts with Esteban's ( the central character) journey to take over a church as priest which has been left unnoticed by the authorities for a long time. And a family who lost their home has found their shelter there. It's the start of his journey of self discovery where he fights loneliness and illness along with reinvigorating that church. But still he do every possible thing to fulfill his duty.But soon his life takes an interesting turn when he meets Aja (head nurse). He founds his source of life and joy in her. But there were many hurdles in their love life, they face many complexities which leads to their agonizing separation. Read the book to get a deep insight to their story.
All the characters and events mentioned in the book are brilliantly portrayed. The book was completely breathless it was the compact read of creativity along with a plot style that never slows down the pace and creativity. The language used by the author is simple and easy to understand. The writing style is quite impressive along with good usage of words. This book is a worth reading for people of all age groups. It is a short read and you can scrutinize it at a time.
It just took me a few hours to complete this book. And I can ensure everyone of you will be trapped to it. Storytelling is an art from that takes a lot of practice and I noticed it in this book as well. I really appreciate author for writing this beauty. I highly recommend this book to everyone.
