Rhianna writes by far some of my most favourite spicy novella's. She is a genius of written works that are perfect as short escapes, a place where you can turn to when you need a break from the heavy stuff. Fantasies that come alive within pages, some dirtier than others.
Glory was no different, it follows a storyline of a wife and husband that have a safe relationship, where they can be comfortable with eachother and effectively communicate what they want and desire.
Kendall, the FMC has a desire to be shared by different men with her husband's involvement. She wants sexual freedom, to feel like the centre of the show and Nate MMC has had similar thoughts but has always been happy with his wife and hadn't considered testing that boundary, he sees it this way- Kendall is his to keep forever but too sweet to not share with others, he's a sweet husband with a possessive side and a dirty mind.
They work well together, because with each other they can be vulnerable and know that in the end they will always have each other, they will be cared for and looked after.
The novella does a great job of displaying boundaries and healthy communication.
It's filthy but also endearing.
The only spot where it lacked for me was within the spice itself, it did feel tame compared to her other works and slightly repetitive. Aside from that it's a great read, enjoyable and like I said at the beginning a nice escape.
Thank you to the author for the ARC copy of this book, as always the review is honest and my own.
Ok this is the most tasteful, filthy smut I’ve ever read!!
THE CONSENT!! THE COMMUNICATION!! Chefs kiss.
This is a short spicy novella, I read it in an hour. It’s dual POV of a husband and wife exploring new kinks together and it was SO GOOD!!!!
It was so spicy and filthy but also like I loved their relationship??? The author was able to connect you to these characters emotionally in 104 pages! While also being SO SMUTTY!!! Like legit 95 of 104 pages are smut LOL and yet I still loved how wholesome their love was for each other?? I’m impressed tbh and will be reading everything else by this author!
I absolutely recommend this book, such a fun spicy novella!!!
This is going to be a short review because well.. there's really not much to say. It's a smutty book. The only plot there was pertained to the book, which is absolutely fine. I was excited to test out this trope, but honestly it just felt like it was repetitive. I totally understand you can only do so much, but I just expected something more unique due to the trope used, I probably could've just read a spicy scene four times in a row and it would be the same as reading this book.
The actual writing for the spice was really good though! Definitely spicy and hot! No spelling mistakes, and everything was written smoothly.
This is straight up out of 🌽hub 😮💨 (that’s not a bad thing). A quick hot read if you’re into the kink. The couples relationship was cute. The content warning says there’s non con in it, but there isn’t. I wouldn’t even say there was dub con. Everyone consented, everyone enjoyed it 🤷♀️
A spicy novella—or, honestly, a straight-up hot novella—that left me feeling a little dazed. I’m not sure what I was expecting going in, especially since the warnings were right there in plain sight, but… yeah. Woah.
This story dives headfirst into the heat and doesn’t let up, which some readers will absolutely love. For me, though, I have to give it a solid three stars. Why? Well, while it undeniably brings the spice, the storyline felt very far-fetched. But then again, isn’t that the beauty of fiction? It lets us escape into worlds that defy logic and embrace the absurd.
If you’re in the mood for a quick, steamy read that pushes the boundaries of reality, "Glory" might just be what you’re looking for. Just be prepared—this one doesn’t hold back!
2.2 ⭐️ This just could have been way better. Needs a better editor, and the writing was so overexplanatory at points and repetitive. Also, I just find it so strange that they've been together 8 years and never even talked about these desires....
While it did have some grammatical errors, I really enjoyed this short story, it was fast paced and to the point.
I loved Kendall and Nates relationship, I loved how sweet and understanding Nate was towards his wife, always making sure she was ok.
I also enjoyed how the author portrayed their love for eachother as well in terms of consent and agreement which is exactly what you want in a situation like this.
🌶 🌶🌶🌶🌶 this was very spicy and a fun quick read if you're looking for something quick to read to help reach your reading goals without feeling bored!
Well, Rhianna has not written a book that's disappointed me yet. I discovered her spicy novellas "she teaches him" during a mild book slump. I read all of them in one night. And then I read White Christmas immediately after (no it wasn't Christmas), but I could've used some snow to cool me off.. if ya know what I mean lol
Rhianna makes a novella feel so full. She builds you up swiftly, but smoothly to some of the sexiest reading experiences youll ever read.
Anyways, Glory.. a happy couple discovers they've been hiding a little dirty fantasy. When it comes to light that both of them share the same fantasy: to see Kendall get shared by multiple strangers, they make that fantasy come to life. Nate picks out four men, and they book a room at a local sex club... Read the book to find out what happens next 😉
No storyline is just spicy. I like smut but I like it when there is an interesting story as well. This doesn't mean it is bad it just means it wasn't for me.
This is pure smut with just the hint of emotional plot to give it some depth. Good spicy novella, sharing/gangb@gs definitely needs to be your kink to enjoy this though
It was ok. It felt like she was trying to convince us that she loved her husband. He was kind of doing the same. Idk. Didn’t feel natural, but the book is definitely more smutty than romancy.
