Good overview of a variety of communication issues any congregation may face. Provides lots of examples to help you think about how to (or even better how not) to handle communication in a variety of crisis situations.

"what we got here is a failure to communicate" - if you've thought it or heard it said in relation to the church, I recommend reading this book.
