The first book I have read on meditation, I enjoyed reading it and learning new things. Beautiful illustrations throughout the book.

Anyone can meditate!

Accessible and easy to read. A good balance of practical exercises from beginners to more advanced, along with a detailed but not overwhelming summary of relevant theory and history. An excellent starting point!

A great overview of different exercises and history related to mediation across many different cultures. Showing some science alongside spirituality as well helping this book appeal to a lot of people interested in starting meditation.
