All Duke and Bothered...
A captivating romance, I became invested in the characters and story. I enjoyed the journey Preston and Penelope undertook to get to their happy ending, it was not an easy one. Vengeance can make a great crutch to a romance, lots of angst but also very good moments.

Her Rake Fiance...
Beautiful, well written romance. Love the fake engagement trope, engaging characters and a story that kept me turning the pages ... l couldn't wait for the happy ending. A reforming rake and a blossoming wallflower... Oh Richard and Jane, true love all the way.

Project Duke...
I enjoyed this story, a marriage of convenience with an overprotective rake and his adventurous wallflower. Nathaniel and Calliope are both set in their ways, strong and stubborn, passionate and fiery but also vulnerable. They learn to respect and trust in each other, it's an emotional journey but one that brings a forever love.

Betting Against the Scoundrel...
I enjoyed this story, the mystery and the finale to the series. A worthy read with wonderful and passionate characters. Spencer and Joanna just need to get over a few bumps like a scandalous wager and rivals before they realise they are perfect for each other and make their happily ever after a reality.

Long, good stories with promise. For the most part I was engaged but the author focused relentlessly on their inner fears instead of developing broader characters. Another distraction was the attempt to write rich, detailed descriptions of surroundings but it sounded more like lists instead of details woven into a story.

Attraction and arousal is steamy but stingy with about one scene per book. The story references more intimacy so the scorching details have to be supplied by your imagination. 🌶️🌶️

Strangely, the prequel comes at the end of the four books. I couldn't help but want to read book one again to fill in where book 0.5 left off.

Hmmm, it's hard to rate this compilation. I should probably review each book separately.

Outstanding!

Mariah once again gives us a ❤️‍🔥 and 🌶️ regency romance. Emma and Sebastian meet when her husband sells her in an auction. Sebastian comes up with a scheme to get his mother off his back pushing him to marry.
Emma blooms under Seb’s attention and he finally feels whole and loved. However there are jealous people who want to be his duchess and will stop at nothing to get him back.
This was a great read with an interesting and unique plot.

Not worth reading

Not a believable Story. The response to losing one's identity was way too contemporary. When the real dude came home, finally and found that his brother was Duke and not him any longer he was supposed to be okay with it, was okay with it and life was happily- ever- after with everyone being lovey dovey. No. No. No. This makes no sense whatsoever. Please don't read this book it's leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Enjoyed it

Finished the series and really enjoyed the stories; but I am glad I started the series with Sebastian & Emma's story. It is going to be confusing it you do not start the series with their story to find out how Spencer ended up being kidnapped. Thanks Mariah for a good book.

En el libro termina con la precuela así que pueden leer la última historia de primera para que tenga más sentido. En fin, la última historia de la serie hace que todo valga la pena, es la mas interesante, la mas entretenida y los personajes a excepción de Calliope son Los mas interesantes.

An absolutely wonderful book!

All four stories were so good. All of them held my attention from beginning to end. The lead men and women were all so interesting. An A+ for how well written the stories were.

It's a good series. The books could be read independently, however, all the same characters are involved in each book. I would recommend reading them in order.
