I devoured this book. Reincarnation, 2nd chances, 3rd,4th…whatever it takes.
Liv has had an accident after discovering her boyfriend has done something. Robert, her guardian angel, messed up a little…so she has to go back.
Zak, the boyfriend, I wasn’t happy with him in the beginning but I fell in love with their love.
I didn’t cry, I impressed myself!! I did laugh, got angry, sad..felt all the emotions.

I absolutely loved A Thousand Times, by Ev Paxton.
This book has a host of great characters, but our main protagonist, Liv, is the person you are rooting for throughout the whole story.
Ev writes emotions so well. You feel Liv's heartache, her frustration and even her anger at the situation she finds herself in. The complex nature of relationships, not on Liv and Zac's but that of Liv and her mum and even her friend, all have their part in the story.
This is a story that touches on themes of death and reincarnation, along with second chances. I love how this story explores all these themes and how cleverly it was all put together. I could not stop reading it. I also don't want to give much away, but the ending had me in tears. I have read so many great books this year, but this is definitely up there with one of my favourites.

I love how so many emotions are included in this story. You can’t help but feel all of them! You just want to root for Liv throughout the entire book. I found myself thinking about her when I wasn’t reading this book.

I’m still sitting here staring at the wall trying to process that ending. Amazing!
Going into "A Thousand Times in Time," I expected a standard "Groundhog Day" style romance, but Ev Paxton has created something much more haunting. The story follows the loops not just as a plot device, but as a visceral exploration of grief and the desperate lengths we go to for a "perfect" outcome. Love this book from beginning to end and it was perfectly executed.

Romance with a twist! Ev has written a really unique take on reincarnation & second chances here – I loved this book!
The ending made me cry, in the best way.
I loved the characters. I loved – without spoilers – the BEIGE. What an amazing concept!
I was captured by Ev’s excellent writing from page one. I did not want to put this book down! It is a smooth read, well edited, so easy to get lost within – such a treat to experience. Emotional and riveting.
There was something so real and relatable about these characters and their day-to-day lives.
Ev does a fabulous job with vital details, all the little things that draw one into a scene and make one connect with not only the characters but what’s happening in the moment. I think a lot of us authors can forget to add the “human” to our characters, the gestures, the little things that we do when we converse, the habits we form that we don’t even know we have. It reminds me of watching an incredible acting performance, where even when nothing much is happening, there is so much going on. A good actor can portray the smallest of things that sell the entire story, that sell their character and what they are going through. That is Ev and her ability to tell a story, to make it real, to pull us into the page, right into it. I could see and feel these scenes; masterful, beautiful.
I wish I could read it again for the first time.
This book will stay with me forever; my heart needed this read.

Such a good book! I 10000% recommend, I was sobbing by the end!
Olivia and Zack are caught up in a whirlwind romance and have to face challenges. Unaware that they’re constantly being pushed and pulled in different directions.
Of course the book finished with a HEA as both of them work toward their dreams together!!

A romance which feels truly real
Loved this book! Despite the wonderful fantasy backdrop, the relationship between the two main protagonists felt so beautifully real ❤️ So much push and pull, it has you really rooting for them!

Romance with a side or reincarnation
Excellent writing mixed with real-world complications and romance. Olivia things she knows exactly what she wants. Zak doesn't fit perfectly into the picture her mother would prefer for her. Tragedy leads to life changing choices and maybe a second chance to get things right.

I caught a glimpse of the storyline on the author’s TikTok account and decided to download the book.
I loved Liv’s somewhat sassy attitude and the magic between her and Zak. I’m a firm believer in past lives and soulmates, and this story floats through both, with a little twist. I know it’s a bit cliche, but I laughed, I cried, it became a part of me - for a short time anyway.
(I also loved the playlists at the end - my era!)

Liv had passed away and was taken to a transition area. She had been provided with a quick review of her life and was given a second chance. Her life had been reset, and she returned back to the current day which had a different ending.
Once she returned she had several moments of deja vu and visions that had not yet taken place. Unfortunately she had been sent back to the transition area to be reset a couple more times.
Liv met Zak and her life had forever changed. She never wanted to fall in love, because her father left her mother when he had been told she was pregnant. She tried to deny the chemistry but her heart told her that Zak deserved a chance. They are met with many challenges along the way but Ev ensured you find your happy ending.
Ev’s creativity took reincarnation to a different level. Her writing skills are nothing less than perfection.

"A Thousand Times" by EV Praxton is an emotional rollercoaster that pulls at your heartstrings from start to finish. The author's writing style is both poetic and raw, creating vivid scenes that stick with you long after you've finished reading.
My only minor critique is that some of the pacing felt a bit uneven, particularly in the middle, but overall, it didn’t take away from the emotional depth of the story. If you’re a fan of second-chance romances with beautifully flawed characters, this is a must-read!

I loved this book. It’s not often that I read a book straight through in a single day. This is a unique, creative, and well-crafted story that kept me turning pages. I ate peanut butter from the jar for dinner so I didn’t have to put it down to go for groceries and cook. There’s something very compelling about the mystical “what if” premise that underpins the plot and repeatedly brings these two people together while simultaneously challenging their relationship. I felt like I was right there with Liv after the concussion, as she experienced the jarring discovery of details which revealed her life was not as she remembered it. That’s just the beginning. It only gets better from there.

Just the cover alone made me want to read this book. Then I heard the premise and was more excited. This is an Indie author and they shouldn’t be put off to the side. This story is about reincarnation, although told in a way I haven’t read before. I loved the characters, the storyline and couldn’t wait to finish. I will probably read this again in the future. Liv is the main female character and so much happens to her in this story. No spoilers, pick it up and read it! It’s a book you will love.

I used to be a big romance reader, but I stopped for a long time. This was the first book I picked up since then, and was glad I did. The story follows Liv Bolan, who has a very bad accident. When she wakes up, things are different from what she remembered. This leads to a series of events and deja vu moments. I absolutely love the concept of this story and think Ev Paxton did an amazing job bringing the story to life. I highly recommend this read.

The changes—her phone no longer being an iPhone, walls suddenly painted a different color—felt so vivid and eerie, it was impossible not to be drawn into the mystery.
Then enters Zak. Oh, Zak. The chemistry between Liv and Zak was everything I could want in a romance—intense, raw, and so beautifully written that I found myself rooting for them from the moment they met. The reincarnation aspect is written so beautifully—it’s unique, heartfelt, and kept me hooked from the very first page. Liv’s journey of discovering her past (and her heart) was emotional and filled with so many "aha!" moments. And let’s talk about Nathan for a second—he had me cracking up with his charm and quick wit! Seriously, every scene with him was a treat. Ev Paxton does such a great job balancing humor with all the heartache and tension. The ending? Oh, my heart. It’s the kind of ending that leaves you clutching the book, smiling through happy tears. A perfect blend of closure and hope. This is a stunning second-chance romance that reminds us why love is worth fighting for, no matter how many lifetimes it takes.

This book had me sucked in from the start! The concept of the book will have me wondering every time I experience deja vu. So well written, I felt everything the main character, Liv, felt. Also, I seriously grinned through the entire epilogue! Like that ending is so perfect. Originally read this on KU but I loved it so much I had to order a copy for my shelf and now I can't wait for it to come in because I'll probably read it again just to annotate it.

This book has everything you want. Romance, fantasy, likeable characters, twists and turns. You can truly tell that the author has put every bit of love into this book. The words get your imagination flowing and you’ll quickly be lost in your own mind. The story was beautiful ans i wanted it to last as long as possible. I was so sad when it was over.

A unique take on reincarnation that ai really enjoined. Sweet and swoony romance. Zak is dreamy, well written. Without dropping spoilers, Ill say that one of my favorite things was the authors use of the olfactory senses as a harbinger. Ive never seen that done before, my heart raced at the mention of both. And Ive got s little sandalwood going in the diffuser. if you know, you know.

This is a must read! Unlike anything I’ve ever read, with a truly unique feel. From the characters, descriptions, and plot it all leaves you wanting more. Even the side characters leave you with a thirst to know more. I cannot wait to read more by this author.
