Shea makes her home in Virginia, having left her native New York years ago. You can usually find her watching some sporting event on TV (though baseball holds her heart), visiting a certain Mouse, winery hopping with her friends, or curled up with a book.

Matteo and Izzy

Izzy asks Matteo to be her fake boyfriend for a while even though they agreed to only see each other one night. Her mom had been trying to set her up and she's tired of it. Somehow she seems up moving in with him and they get to know each other better. Their story is a sweet one.

This was a very interesting read; she is trying to complete a bucket list and he is one of the things on that list. He is not happy about the auction until he hears her voice, he becomes instantly interested to know who won the date. As they get to know one another they start to learn more about themselves and how to overcome their past hurts.

A beautiful well written story. Izzy and Matteo's story captured my attention right from the start. A geat storyline that got me crying about 80% into the story. Wonderful characters that hopefully will get a story.

THIS BOOK, Wow! Words escape me. Shea is such an amazing author. She keeps you turning the pages while your heart pounds waiting to find out the next thing that happens.
