Beth Rain has always wanted to be a writer and has been penning adventures for characters ever since she learned out to stare into the middle-distance and daydream.

She currently lives in the (sometimes) sunny South West, and it is a dream come true to spend her days hanging out with Bob – her trusty laptop – and scoffing crisps and chocolate while dreaming up swoony love stories for all her imaginary friends.

Join Beth in Seabury if you fancy dipping your toes in the waves, head to Little Bamton for some quintessential English village action, or take a trip down the river to Upper Bamton if standalones involving a spot of wine and wool are your thing!

Beth’s writing will always deliver on the happy-ever-afters.

Everytime I read one of Beth's books I think that was my favourite couple but once again I think this book has my favourite couple in.

I love how they meet, how they interact and how they are with each other.

I also love how Beth can write about a new village or town and it is just as good as the last but different too. It's really amazing.

I really enjoyed the community feel once again and the starting over vibe you get with Cath, she's fed up of City life and wants to give village life a go, she's unsure but she does it.

She is a good example of why it's not a great idea to date your boss. But that's in the past and Crumbleton is the future.

I really enjoyed reading this book

This was a lovely story about newcomer Cath and Crumbleton's own Andy. It was lovely how Cath was starting a new life for herself, new job, and new place to live. I am very much looking forward to the next book in this series.

love this story

I cannot fault the author (Beth Rain) and her story telling ability. I loved the story so much, especially when it comes from the two mane characters
