Can’t really give this a rating since it isn’t even a dnf but more like a did not start.
I mean I started and read a few pages u til the end of the first section printed in bold.
And I was excited, I m telling you, I was looking forward to this one. The three column structure could have been such a nice feature but instead it kinda breaks the whole thing apart. The columns are either to be read vertically on their own - at least for some lines or they have to be read horizontally, like bridging the columns. But it can be all three it can be just two that are adjacent or two that aren’t. So every combination is possible and it is sometimes not clear which is the right one. In the beginning I tried to figure out every line. After some pages I read it in a way where if something didn’t fit - I disregarded it. But neither of the two was a satisfying experience. I would argue that I don’t mind working a little to find the good stuff in a book. But here it was like there were no rules to begin with that can be toyed with later. And maybe you have to stick with it and it makes more sense after a couple of hundred pages but I am not willing to make that investment and don’t know if I ever can.
I am however eagerly awaiting some Goodreads reviews that might help me or others make sense of this one.
