Gorsten is a collection of single comic strips starring Gorsten, natch, who holds the mic at meetings of the Organization for Depressed People. And yeah, he totes looks the part.
The artwork reminds me of the doodles I used to make along the sides of my notebooks in high school—only better. lol There’s something brutally diy about it, drawn almost entirely with the pens, pencils and highlighters you’d have tossed into your backpack. Even the handwritten text borders on illegible at times, but it works. The roughness is part of the brand. Plus this guy can draw.
Nothing here is particularly polished, including the outlook on life.
Bring a flashlight. This one gets dark.

Low ball depressive humor.. also entertaining in its ln way. Truth is often funny , because its true.
