The Tailor

He wasn’t abused, or mistreated or even molested, as so many deviants were; he just liked women and liked to sew.
Sewing human skin and cow hide was not much different. Skin was easier than hide, but he liked to take it slow and easy. That’s how he liked to take his women, easy and slow. He liked to take his time; after all, he was a laid-back sort of guy.
“You see, Wren, it’s important to use the right needle for the right job,” The Tailor said. “I generally use a number three or four curved upholstery needle. I don’t like to use surgical needles, you’d think I would, since I’m sewing skin. But, just between you and me, surgical needles don’t inflict enough pain and after all, I’m not doing surgery here.”
The Tailor laughed and Wren screamed.

Stormie Lamonica and partner Carlos Martinelli investigate one of the most bizarre string of murders; someone is sewing human dolls.
It's all hands-on deck to stop this maniac before he strikes again. With the serial killer Tuckus also still roaming free and now cleaning up after this new guy, they have dubbed The Tailor, Stormie and Carlos are seeing the tide of body counts rise like the swell of the ocean.
How does The Tailor stay steps ahead of them every time?
Perhaps a fox in the hen house.
Stormie will find out and capture him, even if she has to call on her unwanted clairvoyant curse.
