Dr. Kundrat approaches health and wellness with a holistic approach that is a breath of fresh air within this space. "Eat Move Groove" personifies your health as an advocate of joyful, sustainable living. Given the plethora of her experience, she explains the approach as a practical scienctist that anyone can understand and implement. I enjoyed the base, easy-to-remember framework that can be adjusted based on your goals/needs!

Overall, with all the noise and fads of the wellness industry, I would recommend this book as a great foundational framework for your health journey.

And having been a student of Dr. Kundrat, it was amazing to read her approach to wellness that I had the honor of being taught while pursuing my undergraduate degree.

Eat Move Groove by Susie Kundrat offers a refreshingly practical and joyful approach to building sustainable wellness habits. The book’s central framework—the 2211 Plan—breaks healthy living into three accessible pillars: eating balanced meals with fruits and vegetables, protein, whole grains, and healthy fats; incorporating 22 minutes of cardio and 11 minutes of strength training; and finding 22 small, meaningful ways to “groove,” or bring joy and balance into daily life. As a Nigerian nutrition professional, I found Eat Move Groove by Susie Kundrat truly transformative. The book presents wellness as something realistic and enjoyable, not restrictive or complicated. This book was really helpful in improving my nutrition, and it helped me make better food choices that’ve made me feel healthier. Susie talks about the versatility in nutrition and physical activity, and how it doesn’t have to be boring or repetitive, but it can look different everyday. Eat Move Groove provides so many options to feeling healthier and improving your health. I’ll be using the methods from this book everyday, to motivate me to get active, eat nutritious food, and have fun while doing it!

Eat Move Groove is an AMAZING book that is based on a plan for eating, moving, and grooving every day. It is not a diet or a strict schedule; this plan is adaptable for every person to enjoy. The 2211 plan is about incorporating all types of food and exercise into our daily routines, while not feeling restricted or bound to "healthy foods" or burdensome exercise. This book is so special because it emphasizes positivity in how we eat, move, and groove. Susie does an excellent job fostering a safe space for finding joy in all aspects of life.

This book is incredible! As a young, active person, it can be challenging to keep a healthy, loving relationship with food, but EAT MOVE GROOVE makes it so easy. All you have to remember is a couple of numbers and give yourself grace. Reading this book has really given me a new perspective on food and how it impacts my body. I really love how the approach can so easily be applied to any aspect of your life. I definitely recommend this book!

This was such an easy read! I loved how engaging Susie made this book. The 2211 plan Susie promotes is a simple approach to positive lifelong nutrition, fitness, and wellness. I think anyone can follow this plan with the numerous suggestions Susie provides. After reading this book, it has motivated me to make simple changes in my daily life to incorporate the 2211 plan in how I eat, move, and groove!

This is the simplest nutrition and exercise plan books I've ever read. By "simple," I mean the guidelines are easy to follow and the plans are designed to help anyone who wants to eat healthier and incorporate exercise into their daily routines to be successful for the long-term. The book also includes some easy-to-prepare recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

This book honestly changed my perspective. Before reading, "getting healthy" felt exhausting before I even began, because it felt like I had to change everything about myself. HOWEVER, this book provided a simple framework that now runs circles in my mind and influences the choices I make, allowing me to eat healthier, move easier, and groove happier!

This book blends nutrition, movement, and mindfulness all into one easy plan that anyone can follow. The 2211 plan is modifiable so that anyone can utilize it! This book also includes tips, tricks, easy ways to move, and recipes. Highly recommend checking out this book and seeing how you can utilize the 2211 plan!
