Alaina Jareau and Roosevelt Monroe have finally gotten their happily ever after. Through heartbreak and despair to triumph, they fought for the happiness they rightfully deserved. Though their relationship started with a rocky foundation, the moment has come to solidify their love permanently.

Well, the time has come for the fourth Jareau family wedding. The final check lists for the guest list, the seating chart, the menu selections, and the playlist have been checked, double checked, and triple checked. Now, it’s time for Alaina and Rose to say they’re I dos. As always, KB gave us a beautiful display of melanated love that deserves celebrating. The love these characters have for one another was just as prevalent as it was in Strip Me Bare. From the proposal, to the vows, to the advice, and to Junie crashin’ the daddy daughter dance. There’s no questioning Alaina and Rose were meant for each other. I’m getting a little emotional writing this review because, we’re officially one book away from saying our final goodbye to the Jareau clan and I’m not ready. 😫😫😫
Love is in the air and another Jereau sibling is walking down the aisle! The final fittings are done, the cake has been tasted and decided on and the well wishes have been extended from the crew! 👰🏽 🤵🏿♂️ 🍰 💐
Alaina is ready for her last name to change to Monroe and Rose is ready to make that happen! This was a really cute wedding update and I enjoyed taking the journey to “I do” with these two.
Since we are 4 weddings in, I was hoping for a refreshing spin on their special day! This book read very similar to the previous books so I felt like I was reading the same story with different characters taking the place of the bride and groom! I was almost able to clock the sequence of events before they happened so the element of surprise was lacking for me.
The Jereau’s will always be one of my favorite book families and I can’t get enough of them and these babies! There’s no doubt I’m going to be sad to see them go but they will always have a special place in my heart!
Okay, I love to keep tabs on this huge family and all the kids, and now it looks like there are more on the way. Another Jareau bites the dust- in a good way. I don't have a single complaint. I have advice. Go Get This Book... Lol😁
This was too good!! This series has been my favorite! I just love the whole family.
The wedding books never cease to make my heart feel full!
Rose and Alaina are so cute! The county living sounds pretty good. lol Overall, I will be sad once the series is over, but I know a re-read will be coming sometime soon.
The Jareau's did it again. Alaina and Rose had a beautiful love story followed up with a beautiful wedding. This book had me tearing up and laughing out loud. Reese is still an entire fool (my stomach was hurting from laughing so much). Now Mrs. Kimberly Brown that Peace Room that Rose built simple AMAZING. That man was standing on BIG Business about his marriage and I loved it. The gentleness that Rose loved Alaina with was breathtaking. I can't wait for Reese and Corelli's wedding story.
I am so happy Alaina and Rose are married. I love how everything happened leading to the wedding. Reese was so funny. I can't wait for his and Corelli wedding. This book was so good.
I just loved Rose and Alaina's wedding story. The way that they continue to love up on each other was a joy to read. I felt every emotion that the characters were feeling from beginning to end. The family interactions were both heart-warming and hilarious. As always, Reesie Cup had me falling out laughing with his shenanigans. Rose and Alaina asking him to be a part of the wedding party and the role he played was right up his alley and he did not disappoint. 😂😂😂 Juniper once again gave me all of the feels in this story. The way she loved Alaina was so touching it brought tears to my eyes. Juniper loved all of her parents and showed them with her actions. The only thing that I'm hoping for is Alaina to be preggars in the last wedding book because I know that's her heart's desire. Ms. Brown has done another superb job with this series and I hate to see it end.
This was a beautiful conclusion to Rose and Alaina’s story. It was also masterfully written. The way I felt their love through the pages of Ms. Brown’s book, it's like a physical touch. These are the stories that should be embraced and the narratives that should take hold of our community—the love without the toxic power struggles within the relationship. I'm blessed to have discovered this author when I did. Her work has unknowingly taught me lessons about myself and offered inspiration.
Also, can we highlight the healthy co-parenting dynamic this book highlighted?!? I love this for Juniper because Lil Baby was surrounded by so much selfless love that she’ll never doubt her self-worth.
This book spk volumes to the blending of a family and Roosevelt definitely gained a family to fill the voids he had being with only is daughter!!!… Alaina gained a man of faith and filled with so much love and dedication!!!…Had me wishing I was on a farm!!!.. Everything about their union gave you all the feels and I was so happy to see the love showered on him by the Jareau Family!!!… It was space on the farm that took me out because sometimes we get loss in living life that we start to neglect ourselves, our partners and our marriages!!!… I didn’t expect anything less from Reese!!!…
This was another great Jareau family wedding story. Rose and Alaina are so cute together and the way they love each other is unmatched. These two truly bring out the best in each other. I love how the siblings, parents and children embraced Rose and Junie and gave them the family they needed. Rose got his siblings and parents and Junie got aunties, uncles and cousins. The way this family loves on each other is something to admire. I'm looking forward to the next wedding story with my fave, Reese.
This book was so good... I don't know what to say about Reese he is so crazy, I love the way they took Rose and Junie Bean into the family and loved them so passionately. Alaina gave Rose the pocket watch with the picture of him and his grandparents I was crying up a storm and when the place flooded I knew the Rose and the family was going to fix it so it would be a beautiful wedding and Pecan was able to be in the wedding I was smiling so hard. I love your books so much
I loved this book like I already knew, I loved seeing Rose and Alaina get to this point. She knew from jump that Rose was her man and that Junie was her baby too. Rose is my favorite for sure, because they built each other up for sure…I loved that war room he built for them. I love everything about the Jareau family they are amazing to read and the way they go hard for each other. I really can’t not wait to read about Reese wedding because I know he about to get on everyone’s LAST nerves 🤣.
I just don’t have enough tears to complete these series but I know I have to hold out for my boy Reese. But Rose and Alaina took me and my heart on all types of emotional rollercoaster. He just loved on my girl so hard you could feel the love coming off of the pages. That Junie is such a character with all her fur babies, in fact all of the grandbabies need a novella or novel about what they have going on in their little lives. I hope that Rose and Lania have a baby in the next book cause we all need to extend the bloodline.
What a great read! I noticed the author gave us …. more (wink, wink) …. than what was in their actual book- I’m not mad at it! To see Rose talk the way he did! Whew chile!!!! Outside of Jamison, Rose is it for me! lol! I loved this wedding best of all of them! There vows took me down! And the Peace Room!!! Kimberly Brown, you did your thing sister!!! 10’s across the board! I can’t wait for silly ass Reese’s wedding!
There is nothing like a Jareau family event, especially when it comes to a wedding. There was nothing but love and affirmation throughout this story that you couldn't help but get teary-eyed. This was such a beautiful story for Alaina and Roosevelt. I loved everything about this story leading up to the wedding. Reese was too funny, but the family wouldn't have him any other way. The baby girl is now a married women. Great story.
KIMBERLY BROWN! You had me in tears in almost every chapter. Laughing tears or tears of joy. I keep saying the first Jareau wedding is my favorite BUT THIS RIGHT HERE!!! Chef’s Kiss!! Juju had me smiling and Lawd in the car on the way to dinner I’m crying with Alaina! Then the words from Tristian at the dinner, Papa Jareau’s prayer. I was not good. Then you finished me with the peace room!! Perfection🤩🥹😊🎉🎊. Now I’m ready for my boy to act a fool!
I love this series. I love how each sibling got their own story to tell AND we got to see each wedding through and through. I love when authors don’t leave their readers wondering what happened next. I’ve loved the Jareau’s from the beginning and it has not wavered! Their love for family and each other is unmatched. Kimberly’s books always has me in a chokehold and I can’t wait to read the next one. Spice was 3/5 for me.
Reading about rose and Alina get married was so cute and sweet and they are so nasty because she was really calling him papi or daddy because he was really blowing her back out lol. They had the up and downs of the wedding but overall they got married at their house on the land.she got rose a sweet gift it was a pocket watch with the first picture of him and his grandparents took together so sweet . They vows really had me crying and it was so sweet . 10/10 recommend you read this book

Ooo the happy tears I’ve cried! Alaina & Rose deserved this moment! Juju got her moment as well lol! I felt their love through every page. Papa Jareau is the G.O.A.T of book fathers! I can’t wait to see my Ressie Cup in his own wedding! O & let’s mention that our girl is working the hell out of this country wife life!!!
Alaina is one of my favs because she overcame so much & im happy she got her happily ever after! Rose is a good man for her & im glad he got his family. Now Reese is definitely my favorite & him being the flower boy was the highlight of the book 😂. I can’t wait until the next & final wedding!
This Jareau Family Wedding book is fiyah ! Alaina and Roosevelt's unconditional love is expressed in the most beautiful written form from Kimberly Brown. It captures you from word one until I do. Laughter and love abound between these pages from the siblings, her girls, and June (my favorite kid character). Outstanding
It is was so much love and family in the pages of this book I felt as if I was levitating off the ground reading it. I absolutely love this family. I hope every woman and man gets to experience a love like theirs. That ending really had me in tears. This book renews my hope in love and family.
Kimberly my girl idk how you wrote this story and not cry the entire time. You had me literally balling in love at one point. When God sends me a hubby I need all this energy and a PEACE CABIN to go with it. So well written and amazing storyline. Now I want to reread all the Jareau books.
This damn family is going to take me out! I absolutely ADORE them and all of their stories. Alaina and Rose’s story was one of my favorites and this is just the icing on the cake. I can’t wait for the Reese and Corelli’s wedding because I know it’s going to be a hilarious mess! Great job!
I love love love this series\family!!! Roosevelt is every thing! His spirit, the words of love that flow from his mouth: priceless!! Alaina and Roosevelt journey was ahmazxin!!! There's not one thing I didn't like!!! Their story is pure fire!!! I can't wait for Reese shenigans😂
Each wedding is better than the last! I love Roosevelt and Alaina !!! The way the Jareaus loved Roosevelt and Junie just warmed my heart. Seeing Alaina grow was also beautiful to read as well. I can’t wait til Reese’s wedding !! The way Kimberly writes this family I want to be apart of this family too!
The Jareaus did it again, tugged at my heartstrings and my tear ducts. Alaina and Rose's story was so heartfelt and told to make you feel like you were actually there. Write writing, great chemistry, and lots of love.looking forward to Reese 's wedding.
I love how we are given their story and later we are given the wedding.
