We have so many relationships in our lives, yet we approach them very differently based upon the type of relationship it is - a spouse child, parent, co-worker, subordinate, supervisor.

What Steve McClatchy has provided is a different lens to see that while different, we should approach relationships in a consistent way.

As a follower of Steve's work, and having heard him speak before, I was excited to have the opportunity to read his second book, Leading Relationships. He alays challenges me with the different lens he presents and I always have take-aways from his work. My first takeaway was almost 20 years ago during a session he led for a small group. That followed with take-aways from his first book, Decide, and more from this new one. Without giving too many spoilers, I am very happy to have read this book, and highliy recommend it for others.

Actually one of the best books I've read in a while. Explains how you can build your communication with people of different "maturity" or "levels". Also helped me see my blindspots, and how I can correct them! I highly recommend this book! 😃
