Este libro es excelente para enseñar Inglés Jurídico. Pertenece al método de los exámenes TOLES. (Test of Legal English Skills). Toles se caracteriza por tener tres niveles de dificultad, y por ello facilita mucho al estudiante de inglés jurídico.
El libro en particular se caracteriza por tener diez unidades, y cada una de ellas se divide entre Nivel Foundation y Nivel siguiente. El libro también trae uno o dos cd con el audio para el nivel higher.
Las temáticas abarcan Derecho comercial, redacción de contratos y de cartas, Derecho de sociedades, y algunos ejercicios sobre derechos intelectuales u otras temáticas, siempre en el ámbito del derecho privado.
Quien termine las diez unidades ya sea en uno u otro nivel, y lleve a cabo los ejercicios, estará teóricamente habilitado para rendir los examenes internacionales TOLES, que certifican internacionalmente las habilidades de lectura y escritura (Toles foundation) y lectura/escritura/escucha (el siguiente) y que son reconocidos en empresas y universidades.
