Each month during the reproductive years, women experience a sacred flow of energy inside their bodies known as the female hormonal cycle. This monthly cycle has four phases to it - similar to the seasons of nature - spring, summer, fall, and winter. Each phase, or "season", contains its own unique energy levels, nutritional needs, reproductive function, and wisdom. Understanding what is happening physically during each season of the cycle, and aligning your life, dreams, and goals with that season is the missing piece of the puzzle of women's empowerment; it is the key to avoiding burn-out while building your dreams and creating the best life possible.
